Hello Sir,
Need help for my Mother who is widow.
My family Background. My Father was the eldest amongst all the 3 brothers and 1 sister. My Father died in year 2006. My Grandfather died in year 2010 without any will and the property in which my mother is staying currently was taken by my grandmother. Now my youngest uncle and grandmother is forcing my mother and my younger sister to vacate the house, doing domestic violence, abusing them and beating them to vacate the property. They have no other place to live in.
Please help me and let me know what can be done so that i can help my mother. I am married. Also they have filed the case against the 2nd brother who is next to my father and whole of his family for falsely trying to hurt them because they want that the property should be vacated by my mother and sister (unmarried) and Uncle's family.
Please advise me. Its urgent.

A writ petition against land acquisition was filed in 1997 and quashed in 2009 favouring the petitioner by Madras High Court. But till now the state government has not filed any appeal. Whether any time limit is there to file appeal to Supreme Court by Govt. If so, what is the period of time limit? Can the Govt. can condone delay even after 2009? For how much period the Govt. can condone the delay? Whether the govt. can go appeal now?

THE PLAN OF BUILDING IS PASSED IN YEAR 1985 BUT SOME CONSTRUCTION IS DONE WITHOUT PLAN IN BHUMIDHARI LAND

My father died in 15/12/2013 with only legal heirs as myself and my mother.
My father has Savings a/c(2 lac) PPF a/c(6.3 lac) 3FD (3.01 lac); i.e, total 11.31 lac in all cases nominee mentioned with my name. In PPF a/c it also has my photograph.
When I went to Bakultala SBI branch(SBIN0001489) Branch Manager is asking for succession certificate. Is it really required though the nominee mentioned?

Some writ petitions were filed against Land Acquisition in Madras High Court(MHC) in 1997 by different persons. In between Tamilnadu Government were released a part of land officially in 2006 except my land when all the writ petitions were pending including my petition. In 2009, the MHC quashed 4(1) notification of the entire writ petitions favouring the petitioner. Is it possible whether my land also can be released based on the Government order in 2006 or the govt. can issue fresh 4(1) notification to all the lands or only for my land.

Sir,
If somebody opposses the will and ask for a probate then who has to get the probate from the court.The prson who opposes the will or the befeficiary ? how probate is obtained ?

I am a member of a CHS in mumbai. The society had undergone full repairs eight to nine years back. At that time it was decided that no one would be allowed to make a french window later as the contractor was giving awarenty only if this condition was met.
I was not aware of this and i had bought the flat five years back. when i was making the french window i was stopped citing this reason.
Six months back another member made a french window and no one stopped him. The secretary told me (verbally) that i too can make my french window.I told him that i will do so later. A fortnight back i gave an application of my desire to make the french window to the society and told the secretary that i was making the same.
He told me to go ahead.
Now when the work started the society members stopped me from further work and asked me to attend the meeting on sunday.
In the comitee meeting they agreed that the warrenty was void because they had not stopped the other flat. But told me that they made a mistake once and dont want to make it again and denied me permission.
I asked this in writing but a week later have not got any communication from them.
What are my optiond....pls advice...

Subject: axisbank debit card blocked without reason

I have an account in axis bank my debit card was blocked
on 07/09/13 without any knowledge to me and a new debit card was dispatched but when this new card was on the way blocked by bank and as usually I
had received another sms for blocked new card
When I asked for this to branch they ignored me.
Nobody respond.
After some days I have written two letters via Indian post first one to the nodel officer kalpna watkar, and second one to the branch manager.
But no response from both parties. In last I m write this letter to you with hope to solve me issues With bank.
Some proof in my fever I have attached with this mail.

Consumer complaint
i have filed a compliant U/s12 of Consumer Act, Actually beofore filing complanit oppoiste party sent me chque of rupees 10,000/- and bfore filing complant i have encashed the same and sent a notice to oppoiste party that i am encashing your cheque under portest and will be file complaint for remaining amount. Now , forum ask me that why you have encashed the cheque , it means you admit the claim of oppoiste party. What can i do now , is there any law , which can save my complant because i have encahsed teh cheque under prtoest , i need a law.
