In how many cases a particular party can appoint same person as arbitrator ?
As in my case the opposite party (bank) had received an ex-party award against me from the Sole Arbitrator who was appointed by them only.
I have filled objections u/s 34 which are pending in court.
Meanwhile I came to know that the sole arbitrator appointed by the bank is acting as IN HOUSE ARBITRATOR of the bank as he had done more than 30 arbitration cases of the same bank.
So plz help me with your expert opinion.
Any particular Supreme Court guidelines on the matter ?

In a Execution Petition filed by a Chit Fund company a Court has attached the salary of a government employee, can i get a stay on such attachment of salary. Please suggest me under what section an attachment be stayed.

Case no. W.P (Civil) - 914/2016 has been transferred from Supreme Court to Delhi High Court by an order dated 20/03/2017 for hearing it on merit basis on 10 April 2017.
How i can know status of this case in Delhi High Court Since i tried but i am not able to trace it.
Please guide me on this matter, Thanks in advance.

Creditor win the judgement and attached my bank account passbook. It is my family pension bank account. Present i am not withdrawal my pension amount. After six months court release my bank account . Court agreed my petition and how much amount in the attached date that amount was transfer the court. My first month pension is blocked. Once again can creditor freeze my bank account repeatedly.

We have filed a recovery suit. Opposite party filed application for arbitration since agreement contains arbitration clause. We had written to party for arbitration for settlement but they did not respond. After that we filed recovery suit. My query is at this stage can court refer matter for arbitration? If court insist for arbitration can we ask for appointment of arbitrator and fix a time frame?

According to loan agreement arbitrator to be solely appointed by bank,but came to know that arbitrator has record of taking bank's arbitration case 10 times,now we want to challenge the appointment of arbitrator,how can we do, please provide judgement if any

Dear experts,
I got married to a girl from Karnataka but as that didn't work out, we separated after 2 months. She filed a case for maintenance on me and domestic case against my mom. While those cases are still going on in Karnataka, I filed a case for divorce, but they didn't even hire a lawyer or appeared in court in my town in Madhya Pradesh and court gave it exparty. So even when those cases are going on in Karnataka, and I am divorced, can I marry another girl?
Please also note that I have a baby boy with my first wife.
Please advice.

I bought a land piece of parcel land on a government auctioner in chennai I am clear title over no encumbrances the thasildar is not giving patta to me he is saying that he will give Natham patta or a Private patta the same issue done back side my house they also bought from a government auctioner he had bought a private patta can we file a writ petition against the thasildar
