Partnership Retirement deed without proper consideration ,Breaching of agreement,fraudulent registration by cheating can be prayed for writ or triable for injunction to nullify the agreement

Sir,
I have recently been selected for a government job in delhi. The appointing authority Without asking the zone preferences for the place of posting alloted the zones to the candidates on there own. They are having Three zones for the candidates to be posted.
As being a merit holder in the result I just wanted to know if there is any law/policy/judgement against which the appointing authority can be barred to ask for post preference so I can get the preferred zone if a case is Registered in CAT.

I Have loan of 18lakh home loan in Bajaj finance, I have bounced 4 EMI, even Bajaj finance sent notice for recovery.
Problem is that there is dowry case running in court only summons has issued against me from my wife. My wife has occupied my house illegally.
Now I am staying with my parents’ house now.
I thought of starting divorce case after selling my house. During this time she has put temporary injection order and OS number has been issued against the property.
So that I cannot sell the property
Can I remove the injection order to sell my property. How can I do to remove the injection order.
What can I do to sell my house before I start the divorce case. I do not want to give single rupee to my wife

We own a House in Mumbai which was purchased in 1998. We now noticed that the flat no. mentioned in the Sale deed is incorrect. We want to rectify this error. Please advise.

Is NOC is necessary to withdraw an advocate from the case? What is the next alternative if the advocate refuses to give NOC?

I have a friend she is married,her mother passed away and her elder sister and father making a building with out her consent the property was in the name of her mother they are not giving her part to her she like to prevent construction of building and partition proses with out her consent she from a Nair family

Sirs, I am defendant in specific performance 1963 act filed by a firm my queries are
1). If the firm was unregistered as on date of filing suit can I seek dismissal on this ground
2). I breached status quo injunction as I was not informed of stay by my lawyers.
In 2009, Where as contempt application filed in 2015.
Suit is regarding plot title. But plot was sold before c/s came on board 8 years back.

A Suit for fixation of boundary of pocket road was decreed.on the basis of a Commission report
and Skech agreed to by both the parties to the suit without trial.After one and half years,
the daughter of the plaintiff ( father and mother ) filed a suit claiming that she had been enjoying
the road as a public way for the last 17 years . She is trying to prevent the execution of the decree by
.the defendends.
1.Can she take a position as " Not a Party to the decreed suit" ?
2.Whether her claim that she was not aware of the decreed suit will sustain in Law/

Police verification for job
Dear sir
I want a suggestion and help regarding to my job actually I apply for a job in a pvt company whom ask for me a police verification but I have a criminal record previous 3 year which was other station I was not involved but my name is there charge sheet not on my name case is regarding a fraud on section 420 and 471 where I was convicted with other people now I m on bail so what should I do for it have to mention in verification form or not it can be seem problem for verification
