hello,
Iam a surgeon doc from mumbai and was cheated by a travel agency for a tour and had filed FIR against them.After 2 days of filing FIR,a well renowned newspaper published the details of FIR with my name, my hospital name and my society name,which i think was not at all necessary.I had gone to the office of the newspaper and asked them regarding this,but the reporter who published was arrogant n wasn't even sorry about it. Can someone suggest how can i file l complaint against this newspaper and is it worth it?

right now I am going through settlement procedure with a bank regarding personal loan. and within 4 months bank will may be filed a case against me through 138 NI Act. I just want to know if i will crack WBCS in this year then shall I face any problem regarding this matter? Please help me by giving me a right guidence.

Sir, my brother and father forcefully gifted my capital amount Rs. 10 lakhs in the shape of gift deed in April 2016 to them. I didn't not want to give that to them. Now I filed a case against them. Can I cancel the gift deed to get my money back. Secondly my brother has written in gift deed that I am giving money to him for his business. But he is not doing any business.
My english is not so good, Please excuse me for this.

There is a company which is engaged in providing accommodation services. We group of 5 people had a contract with them. At the end of February, they notified us that we have to vacate the property by the end of 31st March 2018. According to their contract terms they were bound to return the security amount within the 30 days from the date of vacancy but we have not received any amount yet. They are not picking up our calls and delaying the process. I want to know whether I should file suit for recovery or consumer case?
If I go under the suit for recovery the total amount is Rs 35,000/- of 5 members and each one is having a different amount to be recovered and the address of the company and the directors is same. So I want to know is there any way that I can send combined legal notice on behalf of everyone or I have to send the different legal notice for each party as it will be a costlier process.

hi I need an legal advice on how can I get back my merit documents and bank pass book and cheque book held by my relatives forcibly with them with a mean to capture me and torture me. I have got distinction in all semesters and all examination with my hard work and now the reward of that hard work my merits certificates and bank account with scholarship money are held with my relatives after being told by my parents. my relationship with my family are not good since I started planning my future according to my choice in fields like carrier, marriage and independent growth of mine. and I start raising my voice against them after being forced to their decision of stopping my education and my marriage plans to a boy at only age of 21. I need some legal advice to get my merit certificate back from my relative and I could look forward in my carrier with that reward I got for my hard work. please advice me an effective legal way.
