I am working in Railways RPF ( Railway Protection Force) and my promotion for the post of Sub-Inspector is denied due to pending investigation in vigilance case from more than 18 month. Moreover no informed me about what is case, no any suspension , no any DAR intiated and no any criminal case is pending in any court.

Can a memmo be rejected after 3 months in consumer fora?
The opposite parties have not appeared at all and have been declared exparte.
I have given a memo asking additional relief which the consumer court accepted 3 months back and today told that my IA has been rejected.
How can the consumer fora reject an memo? That too after 3 months???
Can I ask a copy of the order? Will I have to pay money for it?
Is there scope for appeal in state commission? Should I give complaint against the judge? If yes, to whom shall I address the complaint to???
Please those people who want me to post query with my name address aadhar card details before asking mine please post yours here before posting any reply.
Shri Sudhir Kumar and Shri Kumar DOAB and Usha Kapoor........Please keep away from this query. Your one two lines of reply irritate and are no much use than that.

I have interim court maintainence and residence order for DV case filed on 27/10/2017. I am staying on the same address which is matrimonial home with my 3 yrs old son. I have placed a iron safety door to safegaurd us due to harassment by by husband. Yesterday my father got call from police stn that he broke in house. We went to police stn informed that we already have an on going case and due to which my mom in law came up with this thing. After i went back to home, society did not allow me to enter premises and said this house doesnt belong to u anymore. It has been sold and has other person name(which is his mom and aunt). I have filed NC against scretary of society for not entering premises also. Please suggest what do i do?

Dear Sir/Madam,
A probate case in respect of a registered will. Of my father is lying pending since April, 2015 in the Calcutta High Court. I am the Executor of the will. At least 4 hearings have been completed and my elder brother has given objection. I am looking for a honest, competent and a reasonable Lawyer who is and has handeled PLA cases succesfully since I have constraints in my financial budget.

Munsiff's court dismissed the injunction application for restraining defendants from encroaching the plaint schedule. Plaintiff filed CMA for setaside the order.and to make an order allowing the injunction petition. Is it necessary to file a fresh injunction application in the CMA to get the injunction or the appeal court can allow the application which was dismissed by the lower court,?

Madam, Sir,
We had rented our place in Mumbai to a Academy to run their classes, for a year,they did not pay rent stating they are having losses and that all the rent would be paid after a year.
after passing of two years and no rent, we filed a recovery suit in the lower court in Mumbai that was ruled in our favour and the defendant was ordered by the court to pay the dues, the defendant said that he would pay the dues,but has not since date,its been 13 (thirteen) months.
we approached the higher court where our application was dismissed and was told to follow the order of the lower court.
we last heard that the accused defendant is hiding in Tamil nadu.
we cannot approach any higher court as they may dismiss it too.
can you tell me if we can pass an application in the same lower court (where the order was passed in our favour) asking for execution of the order after 13 months of passing the said order, can we ask the court to issue a arrest warrant aganist the accussed and cease his properties to recover the dues.
can i pass this application before another judge by filing this case afresh if i yet have any chance to execute this order.
kindly suggest a solution.
then i can appoint a senior lawyer on these points.

मेरे दादाजी के तरफ ५ एकर और ३० एकर जमीन थी. मेरे पिताजी को उन्होने वह जमीन दे दि थी. पिताजीके तीन भाई, २ बहन और माताजी ने १९८७ मे रु. ५ के स्टॅम्प पर "हक्क छोड लेख" २ साक्षीदार के सामने लिखवाकर दिया.
लेकिन १९८७ मे कोई गव्हर्नमेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रणाली ना होणे कि वजह से उन्होने कुछ प्रोसेस नही कि.
अब सण २०१८ मे ७/१२ मे सभी वारस के नाम नजर आ रहे है. दोनो साक्षीदार तथा एक बहन जीवित है बाकी सब मर चुके है
आप से यह विनंती है कि हम सभी वारस के नाम कैसे हटाये.
क्या हम पिताजी कि जीवित बहन तथा दोनो साक्षीदारोंका "ऍफेडीवीत" अभी करवाते है तो क्या तहसीलदार को अँप्लिकेशन करके सभी वारस के नाम उतरवा सकते है

Interim application rejected
Namasakaram to all experts,
I had filed a memo apart from my main complaint in consumer court. The Opposite parties are 10 in total.
2 of them appeared through advocate and filed affidavits and objections.
but did not file written arguments. They told they will do oral arguments.
Rest of the 8 opposite parties have not appeared at all.
They have been declared exparte.
The memo I filed was taken as IA interim application. This IA filed 3 months back and served copy to OP 1 and 2 advocate. Memo filed and relief asked in memo was adressed to OP 3 to 10. The OP 1 and 2 advocate objected but soon realised that the memo relief i am asking from OP 3 to 10 and not to OP 1 and 2.
today after 3 months the jduge told that he has rejected the memo.
Where he should have passed exparte orders on memo, he has rejected the memo itself. Doing like this is lawful?
Now I want to know the following:
1. If orders are passed in my favor, and the claim that I have made in compensation shall be severally liable to be paid by all the opposite parties who were absent?
2. As 2 of the parties have filed objections and have not filed any document supporting their objections, what stand will the consumer forum take?
3. What the judge did was right or wrong? How can he reject the memo when none of the opposite parties have appeared before the forum?
Can I complain to NCDRC?
I need guidance.
