I am writing this note and shall be grateful for advice on the matter:
My electricity was disconnected by the builder authorised to distribute electricity to the residents of colony despite up to date electricity bill stood paid.
Electricity connection was restored under court order on 13/2/2010.
On 15/4/2010 vide an interlocutory order the judge allowed impleadment to residents welfare association as defendants in violation of electricity act 2003 and mistakes/errors apparent on the face of record.
Review application was dismissed by the same trial judge with costs on 14/5/2010.
Revision petition with the Distt Judge would be time barred (30 days).
Please advice of any remedy available now.
Any one would be able to take up the case (I live in Faridabad, Haryana)and full cost.
Regards
