If a person has given verbal threats and also using abusive dirty language in email communication... Can I take any action against him?
Adding some detail facts:
Guy was my ex room mate and he threatened me once verbally, he also threatened me that his girl friend's parents are planning to launch a complaint against me stating I am stalking her daughter but in reality she was calling me for a week or so and then finally stopped after I requester her I don't want to talk. After I have shifted away from him he used dirty language while talking on phone. He also owns some money of mine and told me to send him an email for any communication. When I did send a email with details about money and settlement he sent out a reply using bad abusive language.

1)Under the Consumer Act, the Notarization of Affidavit is Mandatory. As per which sections. So as per Which other act the Notarization of Affidavit is Mandatory. To file a case in court or tribunal.
2)Provisional Insolvency Act, 1920 applicablity also the advanatges & disadvanatges. Who can file & were to file. Pls don't tell me to read the act, bokk.......... Pls answer the query if it is POSSIBLE.

1)Supplementary Affidavit MEANS WHAT & ALSO can we say it is a part of the origianl affidavit whether submit or not submit in the court or any tribunal proceedings. I have heard that affidavit required to be submitted at the time of filing any types of cases at all courts. Also can any one says that which section or act defines Supplementary Affidavit & which section or act says that we can also write on the back side of the affidavit also.
2) Again & repeated around 15 times difference between chartered high court & high court as per the CPC.

If A book is written by a professional degree holder of any stream & the book says the opposite of the statue (ACT) on which statue the book is written than who is liable whether the author or no one any case laws of apex court than pls forward.
EG:( A statue Income Tax Act, 1961 says section 80 C is applicable to all the persons & the book written by a professional degree holder who do pratice or works in a MNC has said in the book that has been written by him it is only applicable to HUF) than the opposite perons reading the book will only consider the deduction available is to HUF only & files the tax returns.
So if the book written by the professional degree holder makes any mistake while writing in the book than he is liable for an any offence or not also he is governed by which act with the section also any case laws which punish the professional degree holder who has written the book & created any mistake in writing or interpretating the law.

Whether caveat be filed when there is apprehension that the opposite party may file probate application..
If yes pls. Provide procedures With case laws

My mother owns a flat in Mumbai. Hers is the 1st name in share certificate. Agreement with builder was singly in her name. However, in the share certificate she got my fathers name in 2nd place. My father was Chairman of that society.
Recently father died while mother is alive and healthy. She wants to sell the property. Now my sister is claiming share of property stating that as associate member's daughter she has succession right and the property cannot be sold till her share is decided and given.
What is the legal position.
