My father(as buyer) has entered into a sale agreement with say X for an immovable property in the year 2000 with a condition that the tenant in the said premises to be vacated by X. The sale agreement was registered in the Registration Office. My father died in 2013. Before his death, he has made over the agreement in my favour. The X has also died in 2014. The tenant has been vacated now. The legal heirs of the X is refusing to honour the sale agreement and demand for higher price now. Whether, I can sue the legal heirs of X to execute the sale under Specific Performance Act. Thanks to all Learned Experts for their opinion.
Sir
I am facing breach of status quo charge in an otherwise untenable civil declaration suit. Is it compulsory to register lis penden ( disputed property) with registrar in Gujarat.
Respected sir,
I have been convicted in sec 138 case and penalized with double the cheque amount and one year simple imprisonment. I have filed an appeal against judgement in session court who has ordered me to deposit 20% of penalty amount for the appeal to be heard. I am unable to arrange it. Hence, the session court has cancelled my Bail and issued NBW. I am left with no means to arrange the required funds. Am I left with any legal option to have my appeal heard or should I surrender and go to jail. My appeal has enough merit for acquittal, so says my learned counsel. I was denied opportunity to present my defense evidence by the trial court on ground of being not present for a month during which it closed the opportunity for me to lead my evidence, and order of conviction was passed.

.We are living in joint Hindu family with my father(75 Yrs) in Gujarat
2.Mother was expired in Yr.2017 intestate (without will) left behind total 4 children ,(ie. 1- married daughter ,1 -unmarried daughter,2 -married son)
3. My mother was housewife and had never any individual income source during her life.
4.My father was semi. Govt employee & at present passing retire life.
5.During our childhood my father purchased Agriculture land in Gujarat..and domestic property on my mother’s name only due to love & affection towards my mother(on paper my mother was sole owner).
6. My father has purchased all property including Agriculture land on my mother’s name and taking all kind of care and pays all govt.taxes till date.
7.After my mother sad demise my father wish to manage all property by his own wish..and asking for power of attorney in favour of him,but my both sisters refuse to support my father’s wish. I think all sisters taking advantage of their legal stand because as per my information they have equal rights over property with both brothers & father(Hindu succession act{amend.} ).
8.My father believes that he has moral rights over property to manage & hence insist for Power of attorney in favour of himself but couldn't succeed
8. We both brothers supports our father all the way..
Now The question is that a.
Is there any property act or legal aid to my father by which means my father at his old age take over all property to manage as per his desire (including sale & purchase) without obligation of his daughters .,.?Please reply at earliest & obliged..

Query about veelunama
Respected sir/madam
In veelunama written by my grandmother to my aunt, it was mentioned that property was giving to my aunt only because she was not having any house, but she owns a house and also my grandmother stated she was healthy but she got severely injured due to fallout and her spine got fractured and she was in bed rest. Based on this points is this vellunama stands invalid.
