Writ petition into the list

Respected Sirs,
My mother aged about 64, filed a writ petition for land acquisition arbitration , on 08.11.2019. The first day of hearing came on 11.11.2019 . On the hearing the respondents asked 3 weeks time to reply , hence the Hon'ble Judge posted the next hearing on 02.12.2019 . on 30.11.2019 the High court roster changed 2.12.2019 on wards the other Judge assigned for the land acquisition cases, moreover on 02.1.22019 and 03.12.2019 the Hon'ble Judge not sitting so my mother wrti petition not taken in the second hearing and till the date it was not taken for hearing. I went and check the case status through online , In online, it only shows that the same date 02 Nov 2019 (the date which is already over) for next hearing.

my advocate told that it is upto the court list when ever it is coming to the list then only we can proceed.

In this situation I would like to ask the following

1. How can I bring the Writ Petition to the list for hearing.
2. Do my mother aged about 64 can write a Greviance redressal requisition letter to the Registrar General praying, to bring the Writ petition into the list of hearing( is it possible to write a grievance letter to the Registrar general).
3) is there any seperate provcedure is there for bringing writ petition into the hearing list.

kindly provide the abouve information and your valuable suggestions and guidance pl

thanks and regards

Just wanted t know how much need to pay the registration charges for will registration at Delhi (North Delhi). Also please note earlier also we have paid Rs. 750/- but due to non availability of witness we unable to complete the procedure. our advisor ask to pay again the same fee of Rs. 750/- to get new date and we paid that time we came to know that Registrar is going on leave so he has given new date and our advisor ask us to pay further the same fee. Just wanted to know that either fault from our side or from dept side everytime we need to pay the charges or the same one time charges is sufficient. Please advise as we very badly stuck with this. Also Please please advise : 1. How Much need to pay for appointment with Registrar. 2. Any other charges i.e registration fee/Stamp Duty etc. Please advise.

Require help to submission of digital evidence.

I'm fighting my case in person. I have submitted the evidence in civil matter (Marriage Petition). But court is not accepted that time because it's not as per 65B Certificate format. Other party advocate cross-examined the me. Now, I'm looking for submit 65B certificate for digital evidence which already submitted. But court is not allowing because cross examination is over. It's pertains note that I have not submitted pursis of evidence close because 65B certificate submission is pending. Also, respondent and other party is taking objection that cross examination is already completed. Hence, 65B certificate should be not allowed. I have already submitted application of open my examination which pending now.

Please let me know what should I do?. Please share me if there are citations regarding same.
Also, please let me know if there is provision of submit 65B certificate at any stage in civil matter.

Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

Macp

Sir,
My dad had filed a suit in 1998 for Accident Claim against GSRTC and in January 2018; lower court allowed the claimed; but we didnt receive a single penny. In 2018 September, GSRTC filled an appeal the notice of which was received that the claim amount passed is not viable.. After 2-3 hearings; when I see the status online it states the date of next hearing and in July 2019; we went on hearing date but the case was not taken up stating that the notice to the opposite party is still unserved... And till date; no hearing date is updated nor we have received any notice; may I know that what if notice is not accepted by the opposite party ?? We are losing interest also, because the amount is deposited in lower court after first hearing... What shall I do to initiate the proceedings again ??
