I am in builder floor and same building in ground floor owner plant some trees in their front area but now tree is growing day by day and covered my balcony due to which my outside view is blocked and bats are also coming in my home
I complained to my maintenance team to trim the tree, but ground floor owner not allowed them to trim the tree.

Dear Sir
I am an employee of central govt department and working as a scientific officer. Presently I am posted at the southern part of Tamilnadu which is so far from my native place Kolkata, West Bengal. unfortunately, recently my parents are ill and suffering from various problems like high sugar, BP etc and unable to take care of themselves also my sister is there who is at 2nd year of college.
hence I want to get a transfer to my home state (where already our department office is present) to take care of my old parents and to provide them with a routine medical check-up.
But my employer is not considering my request at all.
Is any central govt memorandum or any law to which can help me in this regard?

Hello dear Lawyers,
My Father has a civil case pending in the civil court.25 years back some relatives got signed signatures by fraud and made Notarised ( Not registered) sell agreements. Now the case is pending in the courts.
I have some Law questions, which I want to clarify..
Q1. Is non registered ( Only Notarised) sell agreements of transfer of property valid under the eyes of laws?
The relatives are telling in the court that they gave 15 lakhs to my father in 1993 in cash, In reality, they are lying and they are not producing any evidence for that.
Q2. Do court consider this statement of cash payment without any documentary evidence?
WAS IT LEGAL IN INDIA TO PAY THAT HUGE AMOUNT IN CASH IN 1993? Please tell me any act that prohibits this transaction ( if any).

Hi members, I defaulted on SBI card and last payment made was on jan 6, 2016. In 2019 i got letter to attend lok adaalat mediation center and then got demand notice. I ignored both of them and now I got Invitation of concialation under sec 62 of arbritation act and its also mentioned that If i ignore this they will file civil and criminal case. Since 2016 I am getting statments in emai. Also I sent few emails in may 2016 to settle the debt but nothing happen and since thwn there is no communcation done from my end.
Please suggest is my debt time barred which is for 3 years after my last payment

Land lord and Tenant disputer arise in 2009.Tenant goes to court for permanent injuntion against eviction and get temporary injuction.Land lord file counter claim of eviction . Later tenant break wall and occupy one room.Land lord verbally and by letter ask him to release , but he did not .Land lord inform it to court , but court did not take any steps.Now , the room is very necessary for one his daughter family.Daughter got posting (govt job) near tenant house and she had to take rent other house.The occupied room need to vacate , where no injuctionn is threre.My question is , can Land lord move to highcourt for this ground ? please specify name and section of the law ? Is writ petition is maintainable on this purpose ?
will it be consider for urgency purpose ?
Can i ask for fine / penalty also ?

Hello Experts,
I am women that belong to the JAAT community in Haryana. I don't have good understanding with my father and brothers because my father is very gender-biased and he does not give equal shares to all children.
My father has some acres of agricultural land which is Ancestral and inherited from grandfathers.
Some months back my father made a registered will and transferred all ancestral land to my brothers, despite my protest he is not diving ancestral property equally.
I went to a lawyer yesterday in my home town and showed him the documents.
He is saying that " I CANNOT FILE A CASE AGAINST MY FATHER FOR ANCESTRAL PROPERTY TILL HE IS DEAD BECAUSE I AM JAAT , AFTER THE DEATH OF MY FATHER I CAN FILE THE CASE"
Because Some Local Jaat land laws of Rohtak is applicable on JAAT.
Dear Experts, Please clarify CAN I FILE THE CASE WHEN MY FATHER IS LIVING OR NOT???

i and my brother both live together in the same house, and both are together in the business as well, I purchased 2 lands in my name and my brother purchases 8 lands in his name,

Unauthorized sharing of bank account number to third party
Private Bank shared account number with third party without consent from account holder. What action account holder can take against Bank ? There are valid evidences of sharing account number with third Party.
In order to counter this step of Bank, account holder posted messages against Bank on Social media and other public platform. What steps a private bank can take if someone post defamatory message against Bank on social media and pump-lets on public places etc?
