Can psu employee publish a book and earn money without vioalting the cda rules?

Hello all Need an advice
Right now I am working in a Public Sector Company and have written a book which I want to get published. But the problem is that according to CDA Rules of our company an employee cannot publish a book in his name until and unless it is purely for a literary purpose. I have talked to publisher, he is ready to may the royalty in the name of my father. Will giving my name as Author will violate the cda rules or not ? I want my name to be there so chances of putting another name is ruled out.

Regarding sick rules

Respected Sir,

I have applied for private medical sick with my organization(central) and was undergoing treatment. It has been 3 months.

Now my office people have issued a letter to me asking me to get treated at government railway hospital and get sick from there.

whereas I am not at all interested with this. I am getting treated at a expert and a family doctor of mine. and also my house is located more than 8 kilometers from government doctor(as per rules). I want to take sick leave even for LOSS of salary till I get cured completely.

COuld you please assist me how should I reply to office people ?

Is it mandatory for government employees to get treated with government doctors only ? Can't they get treated and take sick certificate from private doctors ?

Please guide me how to reply to my office. I want to take sick till I get finally cured.

Variable pay not paid by it firm

Hi,
I work for an IT firm. My salary has variable component which I am supposed get get at the end of financial year. I had resigned in Jan 2016. I noticed that my variable pay was not paid by the company on 31st March. On digging further , I realized that the Mangers had manipulated my rating and put it the worst possible and on that ground HR said that I won't be getting the Variable pay. First thing was they had the rating given without any discussion whatsoever and it was absolute unjust rating and second thing was that there was no policy that the VP depended on my performance. It was a part of my CTC and could not affect it as per my offer letter I should get that if I was on company payrolls as of 31st march

Kindly help Sir

Thanks

" If I join Y company after completing proper formalities of company X then will this statement applicable to me. Because I am not joining competitor but directly joining client. Please let me know if this is applicable to me.

Incentive non payment

Hi,
I was working in a consultancy until July 2015 because of ill health & stressful environment I resigned after 7 years of service
They made me sign an agreement before 2days of LWD asking me to sign T&C not to join any competitor for a year and salary will be cleared after 45 days and then Relieving letter will be given, Also, incentive will be cleared in March on pro rata basis(these policies were designed for me only and at last moment i were told I had no choice but to accept)
they cleared the salary and relieving letter was given in Dec after so much of follow-up
Now they are delaying incentive payment saying will let me know. They are misbehaving over call avoiding call.... I needed money for investment as from April interest rate is decreased. Neither they are confrming the amount not the payment date...this has spoiled my plans ...what action can I take in this case...please advise....thanks

Claiming fixed deposit of deceased person from HDFC bank

My father in law had a huge amount in fixed deposit with HDFC Bank. Few days back he passed away due to heart attack. My wife went to check his bank details and the manager at HDFC Bank said that he is having an huge amount in fixed deposit but failed to reveal the amount even after showing his the receipt from the burial ground and passport and ration card to prove that she is her only daughter.

Now the problem is recently my father in law has nominated a third person where she is no where releated to our family for that fixed deposit. Now the bank manager says that he will hand over the fd to the nominee only if she claims it. But my wife is the only leagal heir since her mother is also passed away few years back.

We are yet to get the legal heir and death certificates. Isn't my wife has rights to claim the fixed deposit as she is the legal heir.

Kindly advise me regarding this.
