Hello, myself vinayaka, a civil engineer, I was working in a private ferm in Mysore from 3 years before I was relieved from my services 7 months back. The company dint clear my salary and allowance dues which amounted to rs 148000 even after 6 months from getting relieved. After lots of persistence and requesting after 2 weeks i was given complete clearance of the salary dues in 2 post dated cheques which got bounced due to insufficient balance. I have sent him 2 mails regarding the bounced cheques and haven't got any reply for them. Kindly suggest me what legal proceedings I can go for to get my salaries from the employer.

A Company while increasing its Authorised Share Capital from Rs. 1 Cr to Rs. 8 Cr has wrongly mentioned Paid Up Capital also as Rs. 8 Cr and MCA also approved the Form SH-7 and Master Data of the Company is also updated from MCA side with wrong Paid Up Capital of Rs. 8 Cr without filing Form PAS-3(Return of Allotment).
Again that same Company filed Form SH-7 for increasing its Authorised Share Capital from Rs. 8 Cr to Rs. 8.05 Cr with Correct Paid Up Share Capital mention in it as Rs. 1 Cr, but MCA has approved the Form by increasing its Authorised Share Capital by Rs. 8.05 Cr with same Paid Up Capital of Rs. 8 Cr Only even after mentioning the right Paid up capital of Rs. 1 Cr in the Form.
Is there any solution available to Correct the Paid up Capital in the Master Data of the Company?

I have joined pharma company on 24.07.2015 in my appointment letter probation period is of 6 months. After 6 months probation period I have not been given confirmation letter by Company nor given letter for extension of probation in writing. Now I have given resignation letter on 22.03.2016 that the last day in the companyn is 21.04.2016 (1 month notice) but on 16.04.2016 my boss has told thru newly joined employee that today is your last day in Company. I have handed over my responsibilities to the new person also.
What legal action can be taken against my boss? During my tenure he has harrassed me lot. He has done the same thing with my subordinates alos who were permanent employees.

Dear, I am Manish! A Hindu brahmin. I was married on nov6 2011.My wife has left my house since July 2014 stating she would return back in 15 days and has not yet turned up back as on 17april 2016.she is working in Jaipur Rajasthan I have been trying to contact her and in laws but none r responding to me and even since thenwe r not talked to eacheach other and her father and relatives also not giving any details.even in 2012 she left for 7 months uncontacted. Plz suggest me with some sample matter to send a lawyer notice to her & family.as I am little financial crisis unable to hire any lawyer or visits to her and moreover online I have been asked for some registration fee.I doubt abt her being brainwashed or some illicit affair.she has spoken to me whatsapp stating that she will not return.there were no issues of any domestic violence or demands from my end.I have been trying to contact in laws since long but they don't respond my calls.I was working in MNC company and even hold a masters degree.plzz suggest as there is no communication and I am scared that firstly I don't want to lose her as itwas a love arranged mmarriage and why should I be harassed for compensating without my mistake in this.
My query is can only a shareholder/creditor/lender make complaint against a company u/s 629 of companies act, 1956 or can anybody who knows about the crime make a complaint u/s 629 against the company. Please resolve.

I'm from Chennai, I had joined as a fresher 11 months back at an investment bank as a relationship manager. Had some good times with business and in turn was able to generate income for my company. I'm fed up with the way they approach clients and also of late tightened some norms which are so very hard to settle sales. I also had some emotional familial issues unresolved. I approachedy super boss and boss requesting resignation, they were able to negotiate well as they were in sales. I got 2 months advance salary in december during Chennai floods, recoverable over 12 months. Now almost 4 months gone. Thinking of joining an operational job. How to escape these clutches? Should I abscond?
