In case the Company is promoted by Directors and the shareholders do not subscribe to shares. Then can without subscription of the Signatory, the right to subscribe the shares be transferred, i.e. any third party purchase/acquire/transfer shares without the same being subscribed.

It would be great, if you share your experience on the closing formalities of a business.
Its just a 6 months old company with zero revenue/sales from the business.
Would there be complex formalities or any expenses ? How long would it take to finish the closure process ?

Is it possible for a Director of a Pvt. Ltd. company to work as a full-time employee on the payroll with another entirely different company without the other company knowing it?
We have a case like this present in our company and so the query.

Can a Private Bank ,which has purchased a DEBT/NPA under the Sale of NPA Guidelines, issue a Notice under the Securitisation Act u/s 13 (2). Especially when its application for substition is pending with DRT and yet to be decided. More So when the Issue of Sale of NPA to other Banks is under consideration with The Supreme court and yet to be decided.riven

Can we convert Proprietorship business into Pvt. ltd. Co. and the procedure for the above is same as formation of Pvt. Ltd. Co. and if we have more den one firm doing different business can be club or taken over by the same co.riven

Whether bar created by s 69 of the Partnership Act against filing of suit by an unregistered firm is applicable to initiation of proceedings under Arbitration and conciliation Act ? or Can an unregistered firm file an application under s. 9 of Arbitration and conciliation Act ?
