Dear All,
Pl. clarify my doubt on this issue.
I have LIC policies, in which my wife is nominee. The surname of my wife is not legally changed to first letter of my name. Unknowingly I used first letter of my name to her as surname while taking the policies. My wife has all ID proofs with her father name as surname. Will this mismatch in surname between ID proofs & LIC policy give a chance of making issue while claiming the settlement once the policy is matured?

My Query is: IN RESPECT OF A DECREE PASSED AGAINST A COMPANY FOR CERTAIN DEBTS DUE BY THE COMPANY, WHETHER A CIVIL ARREST OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SUCH A COMPANY CAN BE MADE?
HON'BLE SUPREME COURT HAS GIVEN ME LIBERTY TO PROCEED AGAINST THE ASSETS OF THE COMPANY, BUT THE OMPANY HAS BECOME DEFUNCT & HAS NO ASSETS OF ITS OWN FOR SEEKING ATTACHMENT. THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE JDR COMPANY HAS FILED AN AFFIDAVIT TO THE EFFECT THAT THE COMPANY HAS BECOME DEFUNCT & THAT THERE ARE NO ASSETS AT ALL. NOW CAN I SEEK FOR ARREST OF THE SAID MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE JDR COMPANY
Kindly advise. If so or If not so - Provide authorities / CITATIONS.

I would like to know whether a private firm start a recreational club and collect membership to provide club facilities for club member,which is similar to a Country Club or Brigade club....Pls give me a right solution.

Sir, I am starting a Pvt Ltd company within a month. In my company i need to go for tie-ups with different types of companies, firms in different cities of India. please advise me that i can do the tie-up with a "self-designed form" attached with my company's terms and conditions or should i go for "Rs 100 stamp paper agreement".ultimately i need a legal backup in case of any breach by any of the companies or firms in any cities of India.

A Company comes into existence when it is being issued a certificate of incorporation to that effect.
A partnership firm is registered with a deed.
1.How a Sole Proprietary Concern come into existence?
2.Which is the authority or regulatory body handling such things?

if "X" is co-oprative Bank
and meanwhile bank grated a Salary Loan of Rs 200000/- To Person "A" who is temporary working with Bank with agreement of 6 month on salary of 2000/ per month .Without taking any Surety. The amount of Loan Cashed By Third person but "A" has not objection at that time and deposited installments Later on "A" was permanent in that bank.
Later on after laps of 2 year Bank taken surety against that loan what is legality.and now "A" is suspended by the bank illegally matter is pending before inquiry officer
Can There is any Remedy against the Bank in Reserve Bank OR OTHER COURT ?
I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS FOR EVIDENCE ALONG WITH THAT PERSON
I heard Bank can not do same Because It is Violation of Guidelines Issued By Reserve Bank
PLEASE SUGGEST A REMEDY

Kindly advise whether the law of limiation (3 yrs) also applies to Govt dues. I have 2 specific issues:-
(1) Municipal Corpn issues notice for property tax from beginning (12 yrs) for my factory land. I'd paid taxes till 2 yrs ago but 've misplaced file as factory is closed for 2 yrs and there is no staff. They want me to prove that taxes were paid or pay all taxes from allotment of land 12 yrs ago. If limitation is applicable, they cannot demand more than 3 yrs taxes. Pls advise.
(2) When Industrial land was allotted, my business was an SSI unit and hence, Premium applicable to SSI units was charged. 10 yrs ago, we became medium scale and cancelled SSI registration. When I am selling factory land, DIC today demands difference of land premium between SSI and medium scale applicable in year 2000 today. They never wrote to me on the subject till today. If limitation is applicable, they cannot demand the amount now. Pls advise.

Mr Avijit Dutta has taken a loan from Bank, of 3.8 lakhs on March-2007 to purchase a car, for 5 years term. EMI- Rs.8800. He has paid 1.2 approx upto 2008/July. After that, he had not paid anything. Now he is in a position to pay approx 50,000 or 1 lakh.
1) Is it possible to pay the interest upto date, and again continue the loan?
2) In that case, will the Bank can take away the car ?
3) What is the best solution available to get some time to repay the loan ?

Employer not paying Full and Final Settlement
Hi All,
I worked for a company for more than 2 years in Noida. I left the organization in 2009 but still my full and final settlement is pending with them whenever i ask for this they make excuse of fund shortage?
Can i take any legal action against them in Consumer Court? if yes then please provide with the procedure also..
