Firm is goverened by the rules of Partnership Act, 1932 where as the company is governed by the rules of Company Act,1956
In firm all the Partners are jointly liable where as the company there is no such case
As regards the legal obligation the company has more to cpmply with where as the firm has less to comply with.
In firm once registered with the Registrar of firms is sufficient where as the company has to obtain the certificate of commencement of business after the registration of company

I want to know whether the minutes of a meeting is rendered INVALID if it does not have the chairman's signature? If not, what is the status of such minutes?

Hi friend,
i am manoj kumar sahu and i m doing dissertation on third party right in sale. i want to know what is the courts stand on third party rights in case of auction of the mortgaged property. e.i. if the bank has given loan to the party on mistake of his part without investigating the mortgaged asset. and the asset was leased or say belongs to other party then on that situation what is the stand of court.
because the DRT says it is beyond the jurisdiction of it. so friend can u plz let me know wht is the court stand in this point.

In 2005,I had purchased shares of a listed company. In 2006 the said company was amalgamated with one Pvt.limited company and was delisted.I was not informed about amalgamation nor was offered any shares in new company.Which is the forum where I can seek remedy?

Dear Sirs,
I have vehicle finance with one of leading financier, there was one cheque returned 12 months back, now there are insisting cheque return charges Rs.350 for entire 12 months, i.e. Rs.350 for every month, they are refusing to give account statement also, in this case, what shall i do?
