Respected Sir,
Kindly let me know that if a Advocate is practicing in sub divisional court for last 3 years, can the same advocate while continuing to practice as an advocate become and active partner in a Registered Partnership Firm and also, during the continuance of both, become director of a Private limited company.
Does law allow a person to practice profession and become an active partner and director, all at the very same time or its like an practicing advocate can only be a silent partner in a partnership firm

can one person (say Mr.x) at the very same time be an Active partner in more than one partnership firm ?
Can the Very Same Active Partner at the same time be shareholder and director of a Pvt. Ltd Company ?

icici bank has cheated me 90000 INR in sending money by TT to hsbc bank hong kong.
executive of the bank gave me HKD rate 5.8 but i was charged by bank 6.3 as this was not the bank rate that day today also is 5.85 so i was charged more 90000 in 1800000 INR transfer
maybe executive of bank of that branch karol bagh new delhi had incentives in charging high rate. i want to complain & take legal action against that executive can u help me in this matter

Sir i want to know whether it is fine to place a financial ad of accepting deposit for a private business for a high rate of interest with registered agreement and post dated cheques.
1)if i want to advertise by giving pamplets to public by distributing hand bills
2) if i want to advertise by giving information on local Cable tv whreby the local tv operator is also fine with it..
r there any legal oppositions against it.???

With reference to the IT Act 2000 and IT Amendment Act 2008, what the are modes (ways) available for electronic execution of documents? Is it necessary to have a digital signature for electronic execution.
Can confirmations on email or acceptance by checking a chekbox on a website saying I agree to the terms & conditions be construed as electronic execution of a document?

When there is a standard arbitration clause on the internet and the other party agrees to it and specifically mentions it and subsequent to that they sign a memorandum of understanding which incorporates another ADR clause which is contrary to the standard arbitration clause on the net and also doesnt specifically mention the seat of arbitration.
now when the dispute arose, which arbitration clause will be binding.its a bit urgent

Can the Registered Charitable Trust become a Properitor of the some business of other firm.
OR
Can the Registred Charitable Trust run business in diffrent name other than the name of the Trust.

n chennai with russian investor (35cr with 80% Share) three doctor started hospital.The four are in the BOD.Now Russian want to include two more director of him.If not he threaten to close the hospital.How to go about in this.Kindly advice
