In business, Buyer issued Performa Invoice to seller. In Terms and Conditions, Buyer Specified the Clause as SUBJECT TO H.O OF BUYER’S( City name of Buyer H.O) JURISDICTION ONLY. After that claim is arise between parties. How to decide the jurisdiction in this case.

Kindly advise:
Anand Mahindra, CMD, M&M Ltd. guilty of following:
1) He was fined Rs. 50,000 (fifty thousand)by Bombay High Court for importing Yacht without valid import licence.
2) He violated 'Stay' granted by Industrial Court by terminating two officers of the company. M&M Officers Association filed criminal complaint in Labour Court & he was produced in the Court. Subsequently, the matter was settled out-of-court.
In view of the above, is Anand Mahindra disqualified as CMD of the Company?

Please guide me on this.I have a client where his company is a electrical company and also it want to get engage with share trading.Whereas its main object clause of memorandum only talks about electrical business.I want to insert another object clause as SHARE TRADING.The said company is a PRIVATE LTD.I want to draft a resolution. Is it compulsory taking a Trade License U/Shops & Establishment Act by an Educational Institution (college / school / university)which has hostel facility (charging for food+shelter) i.e Residential school/college.

Is it possible to register and get a DIN while working in another company as an employee? If no, is there any other way to register my company ?

Dear Sir,
I have availed a home loan(Rs.1 lakhs) from Federal bank.The processing charge of this loan,as notified in the bank website,is 0.5% of the loan amount(subject to minimum Rs.1000/-) plus service tax thereon.
The branch manager also has not brought any charge,contradictory to the above,to me.
But,after the loan was sanctioned,they deducted from the first disbursal of the loan Rs.3371/-,justifying that the rate,0.5% of the loan amount,is subject to a minimum of Rs.3000/-,although the website was not timely updated.
Experts,kindly advise me whether any legal sanctity is there in this decision of bank.
