I have invested Rs 7500 for job alert, resume writing as well as verification process. Within given time, I have not got the service and they have provided fake commitments. How can I demand my money back? Is there any law by which I can force them to refund? If yes, please share the section details under which this can be done.

Dear Experts,
I have been working in the field of HR and training for the last 8 years in various MNCs across the globe. I was a business partner till last month with a 'profit making' pvt ltd company focusing on employability skills.
I am planning to start on my own in the field of skill development. Since my focus will be on 12th drop outs who usually are below poverty line or just about there, i am unable to come up with a profit making business model as it will be unaffordable for most of the prospective students.
Because my major objective is to make a difference in the society by enabling the youth with required technical and soft skills and giving them a recruitment platform for job opportunities, someone very senior suggested me to form a section 25 company. I have researched on the Web as much as i could, but still have certain queries.
I don't want to seek advice of a CA or lawyer yet since I am at a very preliminary stage right now and honestly i already have too many expenses lined up for the company's various affiliations.
Hence, this forum seemed to be an option to me to start with.
I will be very grateful if I could get answers from any of the expert panelists.
Below are the queries -
1. I understand I will need 2 to 7 Directors on board. How much would be their remuneration ideally? Or how is it calculated?
2. Just to confirm - will all the employees starting from MD to Ops manager or Admin person be paid their salaries as per regular industry standards? The net profit (calculated after deducting employee salaries, director salaries and all other expenses) will be put back into the company?
3. How do I raise the start up capital for the company? Can I approach corporates for CSR funds? If I have a robust business plan, will they be ready to invest? If they do, will they be coming on board?
Awaiting your response.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Priyanka

Hi...I am the one of the 4 Directors of a Pvt Ltd. Co. with shareholding of less than 5%. Our Co. has taken the Bank limits both CC & LC to the tune of 7 Cr total. While taking the Limits from the Bank we all 4 have given the Personal Guarantee being the director of the company. Now I want to Resign from this company. What are my Liabilities towards Bank & if none of the director Pays to the bank, how the Bank will recover it,s money. Can it seize my house ( in the name of my father ) & FDs / Post Office Saving ( in my Name ). I had no say in the Banking Matters nor I was involved in the day to day Accounting Transactions. I am running a local search website.
I am going to give a online support for a dress shop.Currently dress shop don't have the online e-commerce website. The owner of the shop wants to sell the dresses online.
So he approched me for the online support.
So I will fix 10% above the actual price and will sell the dresses.
I created the website also.
My company also not registered.
So, bills are going to be processed in the name of the dress shop.
But website will be name as a separate name not in the exact shop name.
So, My question is If run a website in different name and gives the bill in exact dress shop's name . what are constraints in it and Is that legal? Please advice

Sir,
My friend runs a Private Limited company where he owns 82 percent share, and rest 18% divided equally among his family members(brother, sister, and mother). Due to some dispute, his family members had a board meeting and decided to give the account transaction rights to the brother who has 6.33% share for which my friend opposed saying that he is the major share holder. So now the bank has stopped the transaction, money from business is deposited into account but not able to withdraw. In this context can't he withdraw money for salary purpose of employees.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your PMs on my previous post. I have decided to register a private limited company in Mumbai. I will work from home but need a premises that I can give as the registered office address to incorporate my private limited company.
Kindly let me know what are the options to rent a registered office address in Mumbai? Does the virtual offices work as a registered office?
