1°) Our private limited company has as main object to develop tourism and culture in India.
2°) In the memorandum, under the part (C) other objects, it's written :
"article 32 : To carry on the profession of consultants on management, employment, engineering, industrial and technical matters to industry and business and to act as employment agents and exporters of man power"
QUESTION : So are we allowed to manage manpower in the domain of creation and development of web content (entry data) dealing with general worldwide information ?

I just want to know if a foreign university not registered (no establishment in india whatsoever) in India can advertise in India thru' a educational consultant?
Can it do so even without drawing a reference to the consultant?

My query is regarding AGM meeting
A private Ltd company having a 2 share holder. Private company holds 99% of the share and 1% is held by the director of the private company holding 99%.
Q1. Is the director who attends the AGM can represent dual capacity (both as share holder & nominee of the private company)
Q2. If the director represent AGM as a nominee capacity & the director who appoints nominee for his holding and two people attending the meeting. Is it a valid meeting & is the company considered Quarom is available, since both are nominees no member is attended the meeting.

If bank gives a false affidavit and gets judgement than what should be done.

Hon'ble DRT, Jabalpur has given verdict in 2002 and stayed judgement in 2005 against a review application submitted in 2005.

Registration/Permission for marketing health drink by a newly formed Company.
I have a foreign returned client who wants to form a Pvt Ltd Company for marketing energy boosting health drink. He will make the product locally after importing the raw material. I have been retained for arranging for all registration for the said company for the said business. I have arranged registration with Shops & Establishment Dept.,Import/Export Dept. & Kolkata Corporation. For selling health drink shall have to take any permission or registration from Health Dept of the state or center? What other certificates of registration will be required? I would request the experts to kindly guide me.
