Diploma is available but not decree except LL.B. wherein at later stage specialization may be created.

there is a masters Degree in MBL, which covers corporate law along with other Business laws usefull for a Chartered Accountant like you.
It is in India's No.1 Law Univeristy, i.e. National Law School of India University

I think its only after LL.B there may be diplomas after graduation which any graduate be elligible Contact Indian Law Institute, Bhagwan dass road, Opp Supreme court of India
