dear sir,
i have one unit in which 5 bank and finacial institution tis there
i have laready settle and paid off 4 bank and finacial institutions
onle one bank panding and bank has also send me the notice under the sarfaci act.
this is kotak who taken my account through icici
they have onle 9% of total loan
what should i do.
i have made all the payment as gurator of the unit.

I would like to know if a partner of a partnership firm sell an immovable property without the consent of other partners. Also if the partner has done the same without consent from other partners, is that sale a valid sale?

We are resorting to self sealing of container at factory for free shipping bill.
We are supposed to certify that the goods are stuffed under our supervision on all copies of ARE 1 form
There is no place to put our certification as on the back of the form all the space is covered by (A) Excise certification (B) Custom Certification (C) Export by Post (D) Rebate sanction order.
Where do I put my certification of self sealing

What Documents have to submit along with application form for enrolment in LLB Bar council of india?
whether original certificate is mandatory to submit for verification?
can i sign any legal documents like affidavit in place other than state of W.B.

I have done LLB from SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY.
Now I want to enrol my name in Bar Council of India Kolkata.
So can anybody tell me the procedure for obtaining the same?
Another question is can I use my membership no.in legal documents in other place other than Kolkata.

Sir,
Please let me clarify that if stockiest sent the At Par Cheque in advance and on the basis of this we have raised the invoices of said party and deposit the cheque in our bank but please note that the consignment not booked the trnasport and hold the same for waiting for clearence of said cheque. In hte meantime the said cheque is dishnour due to insufficient fund. Please let me knoe in that situation I cue Notice to Stockiest U/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
Note : Still we have not despatch the consignment.

One of my relative is a proprietor of a typewriting and shorthand institute. The proprietorship is unregistered and is operating from a tenanted premises. The rent receipt is issued in the name and style of "XXXX classes" instead of the proprietorship name of "XXXX typewriting & shorthand institute" My relative has no issues with it and neither does the landlord. Now my relative wants to convert this proprietorship into registered partnership firm with his 2 sons. Is it possible for him to get the tenanted property into the partnership firm as his capital or asset bought in by him into the firm by mere executiion of the partnership deed or does he need to properly get the tenancy rights transferred into the firm
Does simply converting the proprietorship into partnership and getting tenancy rights into the firm amount to subletting or assignment of tenancy rights to the firm or is it merely his contribution to the partnership firm

Format of irrevokable POA
Hi dear all,
We have granted Suppliers Credit facility to one of our customer. In order to safeguard of our interest , we have made provision for mortgage of asset.
along with mortgage, we are also want him to provide irrevokable power of attorney, to have all rights regarding mortgaged asset in case of his failure.
Can somebody provide me format of such POA.
