Hello Sir,
My name is santosh and we are into a joint business of 5 partners, one among us is managing partner.
Now some disputes raised between us and from last one year we r doing any business transaction in that firm, But on our all partners mutual concern we partners decided to register some of our assets to our personal name. But one main dispute not yet clarified and now our " MANAGAING PATNER OF THE FIRM SAYING THAT, HE HAD ALL RIGHTS TO SELL ALL THOSE PROPERTIES OF THE FIRM" with out the permission or concern of other partners.
Is it possible, if so what are the necessary steps we have to take to stop this.
Thanking you
Please guide me
On being spotted an ad in the net, I ordered for a product (android tablet) online at ShopBigadda.com on 29/3/2012. I paid 100% advance for the product on the same day through Netbanking against which I have received the acknowledgement by mail from them. But in spite of series of my correspondences made with them through telephonic contact and e-mail, product has not delivered to me. Each time I am hearing lame excuses from the Customer Care like product is being shipped, product returned back finding no addressee, product got damaged in the transit, product is out of stock, etc. etc. Now, almost two months have elapsed, neither I am getting the product nor getting the refund of my money.
What is the legal remedy available either to get the product or refund of my hard earned money? Kindly enlightened me with various legal options available for quick redressal please.

A minor can open and operate SAvings Bank Account in a Bank. A minor can be a joint account holder in a term deposit with his father/mother as the guardian [m/g/f] and joint account holder.
Is is alright to open a running account [say Savings Bank account] where surplus funds over and above certain monetary limits, would be swept to form term deposits and as and when there is a requirement of funds, these term deposits would be prematurely closed and funds made available in the running account, where the minor and an adult or joint account holders ?
Is there is any legal hitch ? This is because there shall be issue of cheques, closure of deposits prematurely, account could be operated by a minor, etc.
Kindly clarify.

A company named Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. (also popularly known as CCAvenues) offers Internet Payment Gateway services in co-ordination with banks to E-commerce sites where-in these E-commerce companies can accept Credit Cards / Debit Cards on their website.
I approached this company a few months back seeking internet payment gateway for my website. However, I was denied service from this company saying 'The bankers are not approving your website'. While, they have provided their gateway to my competitor who is working with them from 7 years in the same business model.
When I asked them why I was denied the service while allowing my competitor, they had no answer to my question.
Can I file a complaint against them under any monopolistic trade practice or with the Competition Commission of India?
Fyi: Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. is the market leader in this field and is more or less monopolistic in the internet payment gateways business.
I would be glad to know what are the options available under Indian law to get justice where my competitor is using a service crucial to my business and I am denied the same.
Dear Experts pls suggest..
My client want to invest a sum of Rs.20 lacs by purchasing stake of 26% in a "A" company.
whether my client can make an agreement with "A" company that he does not want any share in the profit, but the said sum of 20 lacs should be treated as deposit and returned to him after 2 years.
Bank account
A woman whose husband is lying in comma at present in a Hospital is suffering from financial crisis.
Her said husband is an employee of a PSU and she along-with her other family members are dependent on him financially. Her said husband has an individual Savings Bank Account which is operated by him only in a Nationalised Bank at his place of residence. The monthly salary against his employment is directly deposited at his aforesaid Bank Account by the PSU.
Due to such condition of her husband she is suffering from financial crisis as she is not assisted by any person. She is unable to pay medical bills and medicine costs. She has a lot of hardship in following daily pursuits. If her husband had the aforesaid Bank Account a Joint one with her, then her financial condition would not have been worse today.
Now, the question is that whether there is any possibility of obtaining a Court Order on the basis of her Declaration as wife for converting the aforesaid individual Bank Account of her husband into a Joint one, so that the Bank authorities can act upon. Let me know where and how to file a Petition for Declaration.
