Nomination of bank sb and fd accounts

Dear Experts.
I would like to know whether it is possible to nominate 2 persons for a SB or FD Account?

Also what happens if the holder of SB or FD account dies without leaving a WILL, But has nominated only one son as nominee and the second son demands a share in the same.

Thanks

Pramod

My uncle

my uncle(mothers elder brother) has made a bank FD with him as primary holder and me (his nephew as joint holder1) and my father (as joint holder2) and my mother (his younger sister) as a nominee. He had not made any will during his lifetime. He also has a younger brother who has now requested the bank to withhold the fixed deposits and not give any monies to any of the joint holder or nominee.they say that the money should be equally distributed among the legal heirs (rather than among the joint holders and nominee). What i want to know from respected seniors is that who will ultimately get to enjoy the money?? the legal heirs or the joint holders??

Bank ex-parte seizing a saving account . .

if someone has a saving account in a bank with some amount therein.

the same bank has issued him a credit card, wherein he is a defaulter.

he has not given any lien in respect of the said credit card to the bank over his savings account.

the bank has ex-parte restrained him to withdraw his own funds from his saving account.

is this lawful for the bank?

Board meeting

Can a board meeting be held with both video conferencing and physical presence of some directors? How attendances of directors are recorded where board meeting is held by video-conferencing only?
