Reversal of credited money from my saving account

Sir,
My previous company ( A PSU) credited Rs.1 lakh in my salary account at 30/03/2013 for the previous different allowances. And last day @ 26.04.2013 debited my salary account by the same amount without any intimation citing that approval for the said amount is subject to approval by authority.
My question is :-
1.Can a sender (in my case PSU) debit my bank account without my approval as in this case my company earlier credited my account and after one month debited my account.

2. I gave cheques to persons which will be bounced due to the sudden removal of amount.what i ll do in this case..

3. Can Bank revert back credited money after one month in spite of correct credentials filled by the sender?..Please Quote RBI guideline so taht i can take leagl remedies against bank and PSU

Stamp duty on moveable property-maharashtra

Dear Sir,

As per the Article 25(a) of Schedule -I of the Bombay Stamp Act astamp duty on Conveyance of Movable proeprty is Rs 15 for every Rs.500 or part of it.

As movable property includes goods, furniture etc .So if we buy furniture or goods from the shop, the shop owner should also charge Stamp Duty but it charge only VAT. Why? Why Stamp Duty is not charged when we purchase furniture or goods from the shop? Is Furniture, Fixture or even car is not moveable property. Please explain i am little bit confused.
