Dear Sirs,
I had filed Company Petition in August 2012. It was under rejection for non removal of objections. My lawyer had asked for extention and it was extended by a month.
In that period my lawyer expired and i could not find a new lawyer.
Today it was listed for direction. What can i do on priority basis without help of lawyer?

Dear Sir,
We the company are acquiring the Assets and Liablitis of one Proprietorship Firm by entering into Business Transfer Agreement. Under this Agreement, All Assets and Liablitis of Proprietorship Firm will be transferred to the Company on the Particular Date. We will pay lum sum payment of Rs. 1.5 Crores for all assets and liablities. Assets does not include any land and building. However It includes Plant and Machinery, Furniture,Inventory, Trade Name, Brand Name etc. Further all employee of the Prop.Firm will be our employee after the Particular date.
How much Stamp Duty is required to be paid on this Transaction. The Transaction is to be made in Maharashtra.
Please advise.

A employee has not been paid his salary for couple of months. the employee has left the company. his total overdues exceeds 5 lakhs of Rs. Can he initiates winding up or he should avail some remedy

India as per preamble is a socialistic country. in socialism the money is to be evenly distributed. it is heard that in China the salary of a professor and a day labourer differs by a single rupee.this is possible being socialistic.
our check on unrestricted income is by imposition of income tax. some of our industrialists have assets a few lakhs crores rupees. they are virtually running parallel govt. at the cost of poor people. the natural produces are being hoarded by them instead of being got distributed by the govt. if one starts incoming from this day in how many years he would amass a few lakhs crores of rupees with payment of income tax?

i want to know whether cooperative need to get registered with sebi or rbi? And do all companies need to be registered with sebi or there is exception ...i am bit confused sir please reply to me
