Recovery of funds / sealing of godown urgent legal help required in delhi

Hello,

A group of cheaters are owners / directors of a pvt ltd company & they induced me & family to invest in their company for importing goods with assurance of profit sharing and also ownership in the company.

More than year passed and till date :

1. no sharing of profits .
2. No interest on capital invested .
3. No appointment of director and shareholders in company .

Need legal help to recover money and also to seal the godown by court where the goods are kept using the money given and also bank account of the company since it is apprehended that the cheaters may misappropriate the funds by selling off all the stocks .

Form h not given by customer

Hello,

I have sale against Form H on 25.07.2012 for amount Rs 14112.00, customer has paid all amount via cheque but not have provide me form H, for which I have sent so many reminder emails and even called him so many times but he always excuse by saying " It would take one week time to furnish the requirement. Please bear with us."

Now I am irritated with his response even one time when I said, I will complaint against you then he replied; the language what you are using is not ethical business language. you are threatening us, You are working with a reputed company and not with some sort of supplier. If you are not aware of us than I would request you to please come and visit our factory and then you'll realise that the language you are using is not at all practical.

----------

It has been so long but still he has not submitted form H. I would like to know what action I will take against his negligence.

Thanks

Contract

This is a business transaction between two companies.
Against an offer from "A" for supplying certain item, "B" a company agrees to supply that item on a certain price to which 'A' agrees, "B" the supplier company do not wish to supply that item or unable to supply, what remedy "A" will have against "B". Does "B" has any right to rescind such agreement? What liability "B" will have?
