Hi,
I left a organization before 4 months.
Still my full and final settlement which includes (salary of 2 months of notice period) is not been given.
Can anyone help me with that?

Dear Sir,
I have purchased SAMSUNG Mobile Model No. 1282 from M/s. Sudarshan Mobile Shopee From Vadgaon Sheri, Pune 411014 Vide Bill 5186 Dated 11th Jan 2014 Time 06:00pm.
When I Opened and switch on then It is not Showing Display on Mobile So I Called Immediately On Mob.No. Mr. Anil , Owner of M/S. Sudarshan Mobile Shoppee, Vadgaon Sheri, Told to me Show the Mobile On Next Day i.e. Sunday 12th Jan 2014. I Showed them the same Mobile Immediately Next Day and the Problem is genuine. Their Shop Person Told me to take this mobile to Samsung Mobile Shoppee. So Shouted them As this is New Purchased Mobile and why this problem has arrived to my Mobile.So On Monday Dated 12th Jan 2014 I taken up this same mobile to Samsung Service centre, Aundh, And Service Centre Manager told me that THIS MOBILE IS REPAIRED MOBILE. AND IT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AGAIN, WE WILL REPAIR BUT NO GUARANTEE AND CHARGEABLE BASIS MEANS I HAVE TO PAY THE REPAIRING CHARGES TO SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIRING.( SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER MANAGER MOBILE NO.). I REQUESTED TO SAMSUNG MOBILE OWNER, MR ANIL, MOB. EITHER REPLACE ME NEW MOBILE OR GIVE ANOTHER MODEL OF MOBILE. BUT HE IS NOT READY FOR THE SAME.
I RUSHED TO LOCAL POLITICIAN, AND HE IS READY TO REPAIR AND GIVE ME THE SAME MOBILE.
SIR, HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS MATTER? WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE FURTHER? DO I TAKE MOBILE WITH REAPRING FROM M/S. SUDARSHAN SHOPPEE, VADGAON SHERI OR MAKE POLICE COMPLAINT? IS IT HELPFUL? PL SUGGEST !

Hi,
I was looking for a flat to buy. During that time my friend suggested a construction firm, which moved further and applied for loan and got approved also.
In the mean time i heard from someone that the Construction firm has been a 'Partner firm' of 3, when they purchased the land and now one of the partner moved by settling other two partner and registering the flats as Private limited.
As the document still has all 3 of there names as partner. I think the settlement is still not registered.
Will there be any issue in the near future for me, when i want to sell it.
Need an expert advice immediately as its the last moment to decide, because the registration is going to happen next week.

Dear Sir,
I am a chartered accountant and with reference to section 185 of the Companies Act 2013, i want to clarify about the loans to directors of a Private Company. Previous Companies Act 1956 exempted the directors of Private Company from the said section, but now even private companies can not give loan to directors. But what about the loan already given by the Pvt. companies to their directors? whether they have to recover the same and is there any time limit for the same? There are no clarifications for the same in amended act.

I was the Director in the company till Aug 2009.As they were not paying salary I resigned from the Directorship of the company by giving letter to the other Director which he received but no acknowledged.I ask him to file my form32 which has not been filed till today with ROC.
I never got any salary after April 2009 and since no money coming I resigned.I got new job as an employee in pvt ltd company for which I have Form 16.
As the company not updating my records after repeated reminders I complain to the ROC in 2011 who registered my complaint and sent notice to company regarding my complaint.
But the registered address of company now changed and ROC letter never received.ROC then send another letter to the registered address on why address changed and record not updated.That letter also returned.
ROC has sent me copy of both letters.On checking company records online it show the company in which I director not filed returns with ROC since 2009-10.
Now ROC registered complain against the company.
But what should I do so ROC update record and I resign from company in Aug 2009.
Am I in problem with ROC and other goverment organisations.Please guide

I have the following queries with respect to Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952.
1. Whether PF and miscellaneous provision Act, 1952 is applicable in case of contract Labour?
2.If Applicable then who is liable to deduct Pf contractor or Principal Employer?
3.Against whom department can take action in case of non compliance of the act if any?

Dear Sir,
I need your help to save myself from the companies action against;
1) As i am under resignation period due to some financial issues & non parliament behaviour of my director.
1) I have shared few on going enquiry names with my next future company from where I have got job offer & shared contact details of one enquiry having contact person name, landline number & mail id ( as my level -1 superior has regrated thet enquiry & other 3-4 enquiry names.
3) I have helped few collogues by sharing their cv to my contacts on request of their only.
4) I have helped my outsider friend to get the business.
5) I have helped client to give business to my present company & asked to share un-official documents on my personal mail id instead of official mail id without talking to my seniors.
6) I have exchanged few mail communication with my friend during office hours. only when he required help on urgent basis.
7) as i am under resignation period so I tried for agent type business to strengthen my financial activities. Never worked with any one only approached.
for all these activities I have helped without any financial interest & it was only personal help point of view.
I do not know this will happen with me & not even want to do any thing non-legal.
I need your help & support to come out this problem, as my intention was not it so.
I never want to involve in this & come out to save my career life.
Please help me out.

in a certified copy of partnership deed issued by the registrar ,are the contents and clauses in the original partnership deed retyped ie are the contents of the certified copy and the original partnership deed exactly the same

Can training certificates be issued?
Respected Experts,
I am working as a Software Engineer and I'm planning to give Technical training to Engineering Students during their Summer Break. Is it legal to issue them a Training Certificate? Is it mandatory to get the business registered and if yes please tell what all needs to be done to get this type of business registered?
Please suggest.
