A purchased a hair dye packet name X to apply on her customer. customer suffered from etching and permanent skin infections .Customer sues the A and the company of the product seeking 5 lakhs from hair dye company and 2 lakhs for mental agony.
Please advice under which section's of the consumer act 1987 , the complainant can urge for the compensation infront of the court

sir. I am from telangana. I want to change my cast in ssc certificate,
when I was studied 10th class my cast is not issued by the government of andrapradesh. so I was committed other certificate BC-D. actually my cast is SC BEDA (BUDGA) JANGAM. now I STUDYING B.TECH with the SC certificate.so is there any chance to change my cast in 10th certificate

I want ask one case that,newly married couple were husband is pursuing his degree in M.D(doctor) in Karnataka and wife is working women in mumbai Women put false allegation on her husband that he have leucoderma which it not true. and make such a situation that she refuse to stay with mother and father of husband in slum , now she is saying when you will make check-up with doctor then i(wife) will satisfied and you purchase new house then i will stay with you.now the husband get frustrate and irritate from her behaviour now he wants divorce from her...
Pls suggest us in what case we will succeed or how that men get divorce.

recently i was selected for government jon in the joining order they are asked about character certificate signed by SDM, but in 2012 my neighbour filled a false court case under section 200Cr.p.c on me and my family.
we went to the court also.
the section he was used against us is 452,323,294b,506 r/w34 ipc
and he mentioned his relatives and other two(outers given money to this two people) person's as witnesses.
the case is pending still in court.
is their any problem for getting character certificate from SDM.
please suggest me what to do next, because i'm preparing for civil services because of this i'm unable to concentrate on my preparation.
please suggest me what to do.

i get this info from case status.
Final report filed in Cr.No.163/2012 is rejected and the case is taken cognizance U/Sec.323, 452, 294 (b), 506 r/w 149 IPC against A-1 to A-10. Issue summons to A-1 to A-10 on payment of proces.
Can I fill writ petition or quash petition in high court because of this false I'm already lost one government.
Please help me.

Hi,
My children schools are forcing us to purchase books, colors, folders, socks, shoes, etc from them only. They are charging almost 200-300 % of the actual price, at which these items are available in market.
Please help me with any reference, if any rule is there in Indian constitution or any ruling given by any court against such kind of forcefulness.

I HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT IN BANK OF INDIA.
ONE DAY I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM AN UNKNOWN MOBILE NUMBER AND THE PERSON WHO WAS TALKING WITH ME WAS IDENTIFIED AS HE IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK OF INDIA.HE WAS TOLD ME THAT MY BANK DEBIT CARD IS BLOCKED NOW AND WOULD YOU WANT TO UNBLOCK THE CARD AS IN REPLY I WAS TOLD HIM AS YES AND I HAD PROVIDED ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT MY DEBIT CARD TO HIM AND LATER ON I HAVE CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE COMES TO KNOW LATER THAT MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY WHATEVER AMOUNT BALANCE WAS BALANCE IN THE ACCOUNT. ACTUALLY THE PERSON WHO HAD CALLED ME HE WAS MADE A FRAUD WITH ME.NOW I HAVE WHAT TO DO FOR TO GET MY MONEY BACK WHICH WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BY THAT PERSON???????KINDLY PLEASE ADVICE ME.
I HAVE THE MOBILE NUMBER OF THAT PERSON WHO HAD CALLED ME TO OCCURRED THE FRAUDULENT INCIDENCE.
