Thanx in advance, can anyone help me out. So the problem is in the "last school attended" box of my school leaving certificate in which after the name of the school the school authority had mistakenly written false address for eg it is like - st. Joseph school, maninagar instead they wrote st. Joseph school, ramnagar. What is the solution. I need to correct it.

Respected experts here i am searching for a document or court decision which give guidelines regarding notification of exams and conduction of exam time difference to be maintained.here in chhattisagrh state our university is about to conduct md/ms prepg entrance exam for all MBBS doctors and according to news paper exam is on 4th april 2016 but no official notification is out yet. So i want to file a PIL in court regarding same and looking for relevant documents if i get i will go ahead so please help.

Case is yet not open because opposite party not came at court because they file case on me using ,money power only.
I'll not do any thing wrong with that Gujarati girl Sofi Nolesh Bhai Patel .
No permanent judge is present in ahmedabad court so still my case is not running and also sofi nolesh bhai not come in court,my lowyer said .
Please let me know if
1- Judge not appointed and opposite party not came than my case is closed permanently?
2- Can I get government job now or in future
Means this case affected my future life?
Please help me out

Dear sir kindly tell me whether the schools have the right to collect tution fee in summer vacations also if not tell me how can we stop to pay the tution fee of our children

I am Rashi Malik student of second year studies in Sinhgad Law College , Pune .
My query is as a student of law i am not getting much exposure from college . Neither my college is providing moot courts facilities to teach atleast basic aspects . So what shall i do to become better on my part i dont want to lag behind in this world of competition.

I cracked IIT using my obc ncl category..back then my fathers salary was 2 lakhs..i am preparing for IAS now..but my fathers salary is par..twist is that my dad has a business..so the income he shows depends on him..so can he modify his IT returns..So legally as per IT returns i will be under OBC NCL category with proper docs.. Legally i would be safe..i just want to ask whether i should do it or not..so plz Sir's guide me..Thank you so much.. if caught what could be the worst consequences ?

Filing a PIL against University
Sir..My University, The University of Calcutta has arranged their Part 3 Ba/bsc/bcom hons examination during the general Election period. Now, we students have already asked them to postpone the examination because we are very much afraid of the fact that our safety while going to the examination centre can be in trouble.
And there are some students from outside the university are attending the examination but they cannot afford to give their vote as they can't go back to their district for giving their vote . We have tried to convince the university authority in all possible ways. But they are adamant not to postponing the exam as the result should be delayed then and an enormous number of students' academic career will be jeopardized.
Now, we are heading towards High Court for filing PIL against our university. Is there any chance of winning the case in favour of us ? Please help... We have signed a petition where 10% of total students have their signature. Please help Sir. It just only14 days left for examination.
