I am Rashi Malik student of second year studies in Sinhgad Law College , Pune .
My query is as a student of law i am not getting much exposure from college . Neither my college is providing moot courts facilities to teach atleast basic aspects . So what shall i do to become better on my part i dont want to lag behind in this world of competition.

I cracked IIT using my obc ncl category..back then my fathers salary was 2 lakhs..i am preparing for IAS now..but my fathers salary is par..twist is that my dad has a business..so the income he shows depends on him..so can he modify his IT returns..So legally as per IT returns i will be under OBC NCL category with proper docs.. Legally i would be safe..i just want to ask whether i should do it or not..so plz Sir's guide me..Thank you so much.. if caught what could be the worst consequences ?

I would like to expand my name initials in drivers license. I want to know whether this little modification of name in display will cause any legal issues.
After license I would like to do the same with my other documents like Aadhar, Votersid, LIC policies & also my bank accounts. Initials are expanded in passport & pancard as they are compulsory for those two documents. But my school and college certificates have just my name with initials.
Will this cause any problems after I do this, as everywhere except my academic certificates my name will be expanded. I also plan to do my higher studies further. Knowledgeable lawyers can explain more on this particular issue.

I had make a mistake in online filling form for govt job by entering a wrong percentage of 10 std but my percentage are gud i entered less percentage

SIR MY NAME IS KARNEEDI N G MANI KANTHA.I COMPLETED SSC IN 2010.MY FATHER NAME IN MY MARKS LIST IS RAJA BABU.BUT IN MY RATION CARDS,AADHAR CARDS,MY BROTHER CERTIFICATES,MY FATHER NAME LIKE LOVARAJU.HOW CAN I CHANGE MY FATHER NAME AS PER RATION CARD.

my grandfather property of 100sq m plot in which house constructed and agriculture plot 800 sq m , my grand father has 3 son and a daughter and my grandmother . and my grandfather had died on 2002 . presently we are leaving in this house from 2001 . as my grandfather told to all his son that this property is to my father no legal document .all my uncle are agree but one of my uncle have objection he want his share .
plz tell me but way divide the property and to name the property in my father name of father as my rest my 2 uncle want to give their share to my father

i was expelled from exam in final year degree(2011) and i continued my remaining exams of that semester and university not considered my performance of that particular subject and there is no mention of that subject in marks sheet. now my problem is i'm selected for ssc cgl interview and in the attestation form "Have you ever been debarred from any Examination or restricted by any University or any other educational authority / institution ?" what should i answer here? if yes , can i get the appointment letter or not.

I was riding my bike in evening, a constable in khadi uniform, bit the traffic policeman stopped me and asked me for the papers of my bike. I had all the required papers, but he told me to pay RS 100 for not using helmet, which I paid like a responsible citizen. But after paying I observed that he only stopped young boys like me who are without any pillion. Many young couple and middle-aged people without helmet went past the constable, but he stopped only boys like me. When I confronted about this, he started yelling at me and told me that he is the boss and will do what he wants. I got angry and I told him that I will complaint against him, he got more aggressive and challenged me to send his complaint to PM of india or anyone I wish and he said nothing will happen. Please help me, I have the receipt and I want to show him that he is there for public service and not for harrasing them. What should I do ?
