The question that i would like to ask is as follow:
Mr Apikumar has bought a fire insurance policy to cover the fire risk of his paint manufacturing factory. A week later, a fire broke out and destroyed his factory. He now seeks for compensation. However, after 2 months of investigation, the insurance company found out that Mr Apikumar has failed to disclose certain information i.e that he had stored numerous petrol and firecrackers inside one of the factory's storeroom. The issue arise is whether the non-disclosure will cause the contract become void. Whether it is reasonable to store petrol especially firecrackers inside a paint manufacturing factory. Can you tell me what should i focus on in this question because there is not much cases that support the situation.

I am law student and basically working as Software Engineer in top most industry of Gujarat.

I am final year MBBS student but more interested in LLB/law? so please asnwer my doubts
1. What options are available in doing LLB after MBBS, i.e. the duration of course, the college/universities/institute offering same etc, and any other knowledge that would be useful to me?
2. What if I acquint my self with the knowledge without doing certified course, can I still argue my cases?
3. How much is earning in such field?

I am a student studying in 12th std. I wish to apply for CLAT 2010. Can you tell me when can i enrol for it? Can i buy the study material for CLAT now? Where can i buy it from? Also, I am giving CPT next year. I am very good in academics. I have a query : I am sure I'll score well in both exams. So if i get selected for admission at the NLSIU, should i take admission in it or should i continue to do CA. Which career is more financially rewarding?? Please reply to me at the earliest. I will be obliged.

if it is possible a law collge run with approval from university but he is not approved from bar council of india.
if students getting the admission & appear in exam. in regular three years, university conducts the exam & declared the result & student get the llb degree from university, but they are not enrolled in state bar council with approval of bci,
