Hi,
I have applied for the broadband connection at GTPL pvt. Ltd. I paid 1655 as a check and Rs. 250 cash. They were not able to provide connection and they returned my check but not returned my cash payment. I have complained for so many of times but no proper response. So I want to know what action i can able to take against them.

Dear friends ,
When a certificate of 10 and 10 + 2 is not recognized by any competent board of education but the student has now obtained B.A. degree. What will be his fate
1) if he applies for a post for which B.A. is essential qualification ? can his candidature be rejected by the employer or selection board on the ground that his B.A. degree is also invalid as his 10 and 10 +2 certificate was not recognized.?
2) if he has applied for a post for which essential qualification is high school or intermediate, and he has been rejected on the ground that certificate of his essential qualification is not recognized one, can he successfully contend that since he has obtained a recognized B.A. degree , his earlier certificates can not be tested on the recognition criteria ?

I am mohamed asif mohinudeen, i had studied my sslc in karanata and now currently pursuing B.com bangalore university. my name is misspelt in my sslc marks card as MOHAMED ASIF MAIDEEN bcos of this mistake ... the same name is continuing till tis day ... i hav a plan to go abroad for further studies but tis is is the problem which i m facing i hav all my records such as passport,voter id birth certificate evry thing is correct but,carrier life certificate as a mistake ... i even met a lawyer he said it can be done by 4 months but i shud send som letter to som deputy public director i dont knw address of tat person ,,,, i am worried so pls guide me......riven
