I'm an engg student at MNNIT(MLNR)Alld.
A man of my village had filed a case against me under 156(3)before the CJM in the court of faizabad claiming that I along with others members of my family was involved in robbing him etc.(actually no incident occured at that day,the whole story presented my him is filmy). He had filed this case due to enmity,seeing the circumstances CJM had not ordered to register an FIR but he is dealing the case as complain.Sir at that day I was present in my college.
sir if the complainant presents witnesses against the court then,is there any chance for me to save myself.what should I do if court summons me?

My friend who has done his LLB from DU and has been selected for LLM in DU as per merit list and his name is in provisional selection for want of final result. Unfortunately, he failed in one subject and is going to give that paer in supplementary exam.
Can he be eligible to consider for LLM admission?

Dear Experts,
i have following questions.
1) What will be the Stamp duty on Reconveyance in mumbai?
2) if i purchase i flat and pay proper stamp duty, what will be the stamp duty if i sell out the same flat within 1 year?
is there any concession in bombay stamp Act for the purchaser or Vendor in that regard?

Dear Sir
I was sanctioned education loan for my MBA education in 2007 from State Bank of India. At that time I was told the intt. rate @ 12% but in this March 2011 I took my return statement, the intt. rate shown was @14% per anum.
Please tell me how could I get relief.

if a studdent of law has complited his llb in 2005 is it nessary for him to give any exam for getting sanad and what is the procedure for the same
I am final year law and CS student and i am good in legal department working with PCS, the students after completing their course fears to put up an office or firm like = practising Advocate, practising company secretary because they need minimum guildlines to prepare an petition,Agreements,drafting resolutions so many................. etc can an newly outcoming student without any fear can open his own office.
