LLM Admission

My friend who has done his LLB from DU and has been selected for LLM in DU as per merit list and his name is in provisional selection for want of final result. Unfortunately, he failed in one subject and is going to give that paer in supplementary exam.
Can he be eligible to consider for LLM admission?

This type of question is not at all expected from a third LL.B. person.

The first sensible thing to do is to know what is the eligibility condition for admission to LL.M. Whether that basic condition is being fulfilled or not. If not, then as told at the beginning, this question would not at all arise.
