LL.M. and Practising Advocate

I am a May 2010 law graduate, have been enrolled in my State Council, have passed the AIBE Exam and registered myself in the District Court.

Simultaneously, I have joined a full-time LL.M Course in June 2010.

My question is Whether I can be a practising Advocate and LL.M Student simultaneously?

If yes, can I appear for the Judiciary Examination for which the eligibility is that you should be a practising advocate?
