Can a chartered accountant in practice is eligible to practice as aadvocate?.If not, under which clause it was restricted..if yes,should i get any prior permission in bar council..please clarify me..In my knowledge i can..but i have to get prior permission..is it correct??

can i do both course simultaniously i.e. llb mumbai university & mbl by nlsu banglore it is distance education course. can i do practice in future.or llb genral course

sir ,i have done my BPT ,AND TOOK A ADMISSION IN A COLLEGE FOR M.P.T(MASTER IN PHYSIOTHERAPY ) ON 4 OCTOBER 2011.BUT NW I CAME TO KNOW THAT COLLEGE IS NT GOOD ,.SO NOW I ASKED TO COLLLEGE FOR RETURN MY FEES . BUT THEY R NT RETURNING MY FEES ,SIR PLS SUGGEST ME HOW I CAN GET MY FEES RETURN.I AM HAVING ORIGINAL SLEEP OF FEES .
