sir ,i have done my BPT ,AND TOOK A ADMISSION IN A COLLEGE FOR M.P.T(MASTER IN PHYSIOTHERAPY ) ON 4 OCTOBER 2011.BUT NW I CAME TO KNOW THAT COLLEGE IS NT GOOD ,.SO NOW I ASKED TO COLLLEGE FOR RETURN MY FEES . 1) Is there any CASE LAW CITATION (In india or and in Foreign) for question of fact related to a person's Legal Battle to establish that he is surviving as against his own Death Certificate issued by state?
2)Which branch of Law provides for the evidence as to the survival of Human Being?

Can a chartered accountant in practice is eligible to practice as aadvocate?.If not, under which clause it was restricted..if yes,should i get any prior permission in bar council..please clarify me..In my knowledge i can..but i have to get prior permission..is it correct??
