is that 408 IPC is applicable for students to their institution ? Liability by students to the institution is include in witch section ?

Respected Seniors, We having a partnership firm from last five years, now one partner is going out as a retirement and a new partner is coming in as a new admission, so what are the procedure to inform Income Tax Deparment and Sales Tax Department for amend in constitution, and also provide me the new partnership deed for amendment - thanks

I hv done M.com from Burdwan University through correspondence. Now I want to do LLB. Plz suggest me about the course fees and how to take admission and where. Presently I am working in a MNC Company. Can I do LLB through correspondence?

My brother have pass B.A.with 43%result can he do LLB any university or distence learing university.If he compleate corecpondence LLB are he registerd as a member of BAR council and be a Advocate.please suggest me

i am student of c.s . i wanna know which short term courses is best which are related to law. i going to enroll in LLB after 2 years, for preparing of basic law which is the best book and best short -term courses.

Further study for sr.citizen
Hon'ble Sir,
I am retired man, Sr.Citizen of India & born in Bandra in 1948 & broughtup in Goregaon, Mumbai.[Maharashtra].Also staying at one place since 1948.
I appeared in Inter Arts examination in April 1969 of Mumbai University and becouse of unavoidable circumstances in the family i could not clear it.
I retired in 31.03.2009.Now I hv. sufficient time,I wish to study further.
Sir, can I appear for MA or LLB or any other degree course on age ground irrespective of any reputed University.
Pls. guide me or provide me your opinion on his matter.
