Can a lawyer be an in-active partner in a partnership firm.
Can a lawyer invest and get profit out of a project in which someone else as an individual or as a pvt. ltd. company is acting as an active partner?
What else is allowed for a lawyer or what r the options available for a lawyer to get involved indirectly in any business?
