Ph.d. degree

I have registered for Ph.D. in one statutary University in June 2005 in the department of Commerce and Management. In June 2007, I have completed Pre Ph.D. theory papers and submitted final Ph.D. thesis in Sept. 2010. Now after 6 years, at the verge of my Viva-voce with open defense, University is raising dought regarding eligibility of my basic masters degree for admission to Ph.D . This is gross injustice with me. I have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions, submitted requisite fees, necessary documents etc.

What can I do in this situation?

Registered under aor supreme court or aor high court

will I have registered,for the AOR examination Supreme courtOf India, under AOR Supreme Court Of India or Aor any High Court

Extension in loan emi after moratorium period

Sir/Madam,

I had took a education loan to pursue MBA in 2008. My course duration was 2008-2010.
My EMIs were to be started from July 2011.
But unfortunately I could not get a Job after the completion of the course.
So, I joined PHD in Management in one central university. According to the rules of the university I can join job only after the completion of minimum residential period which is 2 years and is going to end in August 2012. So, I asked the bank to extend the EMI to September 2012.

But bank rejected the request.

So, I want to know whether I can get the extension or not.

According to Indian Banks Association if the course is not completed in stipulated period the extension can be granted up to a maximum of 2 years.

So, I request you to suggest whether it is possible to extend the EMI starting date on the further education basis.

And of course if I am ready to pay the loan from September 2012 then why the bank is not allowing me for the same.

Minimum qualification

Dear Members,
Me ye jaanna chahta hu ki IBPS jaise institue exam kyu conduct karwate hai jabki bank Exam me Paas candidates se apne level pe qulification percentage maangte hai.
This is really cheating.
I've got 47% at graduation level When Applying in IBPS they did not ask for % and now when i've passed the examination,Banks are asking for minimum 55%.
Can I take Stay for appearing in Interview.

COURSE THAT ONE CAN PURSUE AIFFER GRADUTION
IS THERE A WAY OUT FOR A PERSON TO WORK DURINY THIS PERIOD OF 3 YEAR

Llm as correspondence / private

Respected Sir,

I have done LLB from Pune University and presently doing private job in Gurgaon.

I want to do LLM either as correspondence or private.

Kindly advise me which universities provide this provision.

In and around Delhi would be preferable.
