Hi sir,
My name is Seenivasan, since I have taken education loan of 1.8lakh on the period of 2009 to 2013. My dad paid interest for the first year after that bank manager told no need to pay interest. After that dad left so financially my family became weak. After long struggle I got job in private banking sector,7 months ago but since I am unable to pay my education loan they filed complaint in court and which affected my cibil. Currently planning to one time settlement being a bank employee I must have dignity to repay my payments. Currently I don't have savings of 1.8 and due to cibil score affected even I can't apply for loan. If I took 1 year to settle my education capital amount only through court thus it possible to settle only the capital amount only by requesting honorable judge. How much cibil score will be reduced meanwhile. Since if it goes below 500 I may loose my job also . I am totally confused .kindly suggest me the which path should I take?
Regards
Seenivasan P

My daughter born at Banglore on 15/ 10/ 2003 .On her birth certificate mother's name noted as Ambili issued by sub registerer , birth and death registration CHAF banglore. Thereafter we shifted to Kerala and my daughter joined Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode ,Palakkad on 21/5/2009 on the basis of that birth certificate, her mother's actual name is Ambilikutty , meanwhile her mother's name has changed as Ambilikutty instead of Ambili in all my pension documents through publishing two national newspaper , made affidavit and published part second orders. Now my daughter is studying in class 9 and mother's name is still Ambili in school records . how can I change her mother's name as Ambilikutty in school records. Expecting replies immediately.

Respected lawyers club india experts team, I have completed my PG in 2012, Unfortunately my surname printed with one spelling mistake on long memo of inter.(instead of seelam it mentioned as sellam) The same mistake of surname (sellam) has continued to mention on memos of UG,PG&B.ed.but in tenth my surname mentioned as seelam only. To correct this mistake firstly i have to go for intermediate board ,after correction at intermediate board, with that corrected certificate i have to go for university for the correction. Of UG.with corrected certificate s ,then after I have to try for B.Ed and PG certificates.as per concern authorities it is taking 3months time to correct my surname from inter to PG. But I have chances to select govt job which recently notification announced by TSPSC. and I have certificate verification by TSPSC. Now I have no enough time to get corrected my certificate s spelling mistakes. At present I have two questions 1).Any chance are there to disqualify by raising these mistakes. 2). Notary/Affidavit in anyway can useful to me to overcome this problem
