My vehicle is driven by other person .
Traffic police have booked a charge sheet on my vehicle.under 180 section allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.fine paid in the court. Will this effect in govt jobs like police department.

Central university doesnt provided hostel accommodation

sir, I got a seat in the central university of Karnataka in IMA ECONOMICS and the classes were started on 2/7/2018 the university has an accommodation facility and them for students and asked them for hostel facility and they replied me that
*we provide hostel merit basis and reservation basics
*you can stay out at somewhere and you can attend the classes
sir, I don't know anyone in and outside the campus sir,
and I belong s to general category (and ebc) sir I cant effort the outside hostel sir
sir is there any way to get hostel accommodation please let me known sir

I haven't got hostel accommodation

I am a student in central university of karnataka *ug* I am a fresher I am from Telangana, medak
Sir I have not got the hostel accommodation in the university but the classes were started at 2/7/18 as per the academic calendar of university I don't know we're to stay I don't know any one in the university and Outside of the university
I went to. To the campus on 3/7/18. And met the concern person who allots the hostel

We provide hostel by merit basics� & reservation basis
And I requested them but there are not responding properly
I belong lo general Category I am an Economically Backward person and I can't effort the outside Hostel sir
Sir is there any possibility to get hostel accommodation legally

I completed MCA in 2016. I did several internship in PHP coding, but was not really interested in coding stuff.And I had now 1 year experience in Data mining which has no future scope.I am really confused about my career path.What to do?

Regarding to OBC non creamy layer

My name is praveen,I am civil service aspirant.My father is a Retired Employee in Transport corporation in Andhra Pradesh.He is a class 4 employee & My mother is Primary school teacher(SGT) in Andhra pradesh.she is a class 3 employee.Their both salaries comes under below 8 lakhs.Am I eligible for OBC non creamy layer category???? I heard that irrespective of income if both parents are class 3 and class 4 status,,,will they comes under non creamy layer category????

Question 1:::My name is praveen,I am civil service Aspirant.we are staying in Andhra Pradesh.In my district (CHITTOOR) the caste """Agnikulakshatriya" belongs to OC category.My father was born in Tamilnadu near Tiruttani Taluk(District).In Tamilnadu the caste """AGNIKULAKSHATRIYA" belongs to MBC.my father has Ration card+Community certificate in Tamilnadu.suppose if I mentioned MBC(It comes under ObC in Tamil nadu state as per 157 serial no dated 1993 gazette) category.Which caste they will prefer,will they prefer my state(Now we are residing in Andhra Pradesh) or else they prefer my father's caste (My father was born in Tamilnadu and his caste is MBC in Tamilnadu)).can I apply for upsc under MBC community which claim as OBC with irrespective of state migration??? Because my father was born in Tamilnadu,he has absolute proof of every documents in his hand.But i was born in Andhra pradesh.While upsc verifying the documents on which basis they verify the caste and migration policy???
