i filed case in CAT Principal Bench Delhi, it has given judgment on 22.03.2018 but UPSC is not implementing it. I want to file Contempt in CAT hyderabad as am now staying hyderabad. Is it possible?

Two wheeler loan

Sir I have taken a two wheeler loan in the year 2017 July 12...n I paid 10 installments out of 12 emissions..but one installment is missed for the past 5 months..banks agents calling ..and I said I pay the missed emi with next month emi...n explained my problem...but they are not considering. And 1emi is missed for the past 20 days... .....what is u r advice sir...

i have recently joined a central govt organisation, and i hv submitted my character certificate which is 3 months old. but the are not accepting it as it is not written anywhere in the certi that it is valid for 6 months.
Is there any official statement of the govt of India tha a character certi is valid upto 6 months?
plz help me out

Sir, my name in icse and isc certificate is Sanjay KR Sharma and in adhaar card it is written as Sanjay Kumar Sharna. Will it create any problem for registration for company secretary course or in future scenarios.
