hello sir, i m going to uk in september for law studies in oxford brookes university.. but this university is not bar counicl of india certified so if i complete my studies there and come back to india for practicing in india then can i do practice here or not......

AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION I AM NOT IN HOME
SO THEY TOLD TO SUBMIT ADDRESSES OF PRESENT AND PERMANENT TO GIVE IN REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE.AFTER GIVEN THE TWO ADDRESSES AT RPO VERIFICATION DONE AT PRESENT AND STATUS IS CLEAR BUT VERIFICATION NOT DONE IN NATIVE.SO I AGAIN GAVE PERSONAL PARTICULARS FORM AND REQUESTED TO DO AT NATIVE ON 15TH NOVEMBER .NOW WHEN I CHECKED THE STATUS IN ONLINE THEY ASKED GIVE EXPLANATION WHY U NOT STAY AT GIVEN ADDRESS AND SUBMIT 3 PPFS WITH PHOTOS.I ALREADY GAVE THE EXPLANATION BEFORE WHY I AM NOT STAYED AT THAT TIME.I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO.PLEASE GIVE YOUR SUGGESTION HOW TO APPROACH LEGALLY.I HAVE THE PROOF OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WHICH VERIFICATION DONE AT HYDERABAD(PRESENT ADDRESS)I ATTACHED THE ACKNOWLEGMENT AS UR REFERENCE

I want to do on line or correspondence law course in law of mediation or law of mediation and alternative dispute resolution or law of mediation and arbitration but it should be short duration programme . So, kindly provide names of universities, colleges or institutes providing such types of courses.
