i am just pass my 12th exams from commerce stream . i am preparing for common law entrance test.i want to know that by clearing this test , i can do LLB from some university without any graduation.

Still i am preparing for the CLAT , i want to know that,by taking LLB degree ,are we can considered ourselves graduate and there is no need to do B.COM etc,.

Dear experts,
I'm an engg student at MNNIT(MLNR)Alld.
A man of my village had filed a case against me under 156(3)before the CJM in the court of faizabad claiming that I along with others members of my family was involved in robbing him etc.(actually no incident occured at that day,the whole story presented my him is filmy). He had filed this case due to enmity,seeing the circumstances CJM had not ordered to register an FIR but he is dealing the case as complain.Sir at that day I was present in my college.
sir if the complainant presents witnesses against the court then,is there any chance for me to save myself.what should I do if court summons me?

My friend who has done his LLB from DU and has been selected for LLM in DU as per merit list and his name is in provisional selection for want of final result. Unfortunately, he failed in one subject and is going to give that paer in supplementary exam.
Can he be eligible to consider for LLM admission?

Hi Sir,
I am Lokesh studying CS final and LLB final year.While searching the information about section 397/398 under Companies Act 1956, i saw ur presentation and it is very useful to students but i have a query and it ts very urgent.Can u please solve it ?
1.Is it necessory/compulsory for a respondent to give a copy of the petition or replies to another respondent ?
2.Can a company file a petition u/s 397/398 ?
only individuals need to be appointed as directors(section 253)
3.Can a director be appointed as designation?

Dear Experts,
i have following questions.
1) What will be the Stamp duty on Reconveyance in mumbai?
2) if i purchase i flat and pay proper stamp duty, what will be the stamp duty if i sell out the same flat within 1 year?
is there any concession in bombay stamp Act for the purchaser or Vendor in that regard?

we came from M.P to GUJRAT 2yrs ago ,the school here were not ready to give admission and now we shifted to another town , due to private service which has only 1 CBSE PRIVATE SCHOOL and that also not giving admission at all,giving silly excuse
so is it not the student's right to study in hometown,or they have right to deny admission to a student even after having qualification
