I am final year law and CS student and i am good in legal department working with PCS, the students after completing their course fears to put up an office or firm like = practising Advocate, practising company secretary because they need minimum guildlines to prepare an petition,Agreements,drafting resolutions so many................. etc can an newly outcoming student without any fear can open his own office.
1. please give us motivation, an tell me what is the requirment.

Explain as to whether provision of section 200 of the code of cr.p.c. 1973 requiring magistrate to examine complaint and witnesses on oath before issuance of the process apply to a complaint regarding offence under section 138 of the act ? whether accused can be allowed to tender his evidence on affidavit?

I was completed the following regular Language Courses from Oriental College’s of Osmania University, Hyderabad.
1. Osmania Entrance (Arabic Medium with 2nd Language English)
2. Pre-Degree Course (Arabic Medium with 2nd Language English)
3. Bachelor of Arts(Language) (Arabic Medium with 2nd Language English)
4. Master of Arts (Language) (Urdu Medium with 2nd Language English)
And now I have qualified SVU-LAWCET-2011 with bearing Roll No. 3042392 and got rank and I have much interested to take admission in Bachelor of Law in this year. But i dont no I am eligible for taking admission in LLB with above studies.

Dear Expert,
i have signed my articleship. i have following queries on Solicitor Exam
1) What is the scope for solicitors in mumbai? in actual who are they?
2) have they right to practice in court of law?
3) in exam point of veiw what should i do, to get clear in the same? my first attempt will be in 2013, what should i do before attemting it? i mean how to prepare for that exam?
4) have i to sign the Articleship agreement yearly or its enough to sign it only for one time?
please answer my question so dat i can do better in the same..

regarding higher interest rate on Education loan
Dear Sir
I was sanctioned education loan for my MBA education in 2007 from State Bank of India. At that time I was told the intt. rate @ 12% but in this March 2011 I took my return statement, the intt. rate shown was @14% per anum.
Please tell me how could I get relief.
