I am from Mumbai,the exam centre code for Mumbai is 30.By mistake, I had written exam centre code as 15 in AIBE(All India Bar Council Exam) exam form which I came to know next day after submitting the form.What should I do to correct the mistake? Should I again fill up the form or else if they will allow me to get the form & correct my mistake ?

I am 3rd year law student. I am 3rd topper of university ( not college) and only boy student in university who scored more then 60 % marks ( other 2 are girls ). I din't had financial capacity to afford high class law colleges. Now I want to go for a course after completing llb ( preferably a short term course ) which could fetch me good salary, perks and allowances. Kindly suggest me some good courses ( after completing llb this year or any correspondence course this year )after which I get a good job. Please reply soon. Please also feel free to suggest me any organization, firm, senior advocate,etc. where I can get training etc. or a good job even after completing a llb degree from a government universities ( although MDS university is a very good or say one of the best govt. law college in India where man students are judges, good lawyers, etc. ). Kindly suggest government jobs also but other then judiciary or app.
Please I am a very needy student so please help me and suggest me something to find a good job. I assure commitment and determination. my sister is studying final year.she is the college topper and one of the best students of the college in propreity.as the freshers joined ,she in terms to now a girl,she casually ased a girls name and college and to the surprise,she burst into tears.for the next few days she created a havoc in the college.as all the faculties are aware of my sisters character and her decent behaviour,they asked THE JUNIOR GIRL not to drag it and to leave it.but she called to anti ragging dept and booed a case.my sis was given a notice to which she frankly gave in written that i just asKed her name and college and burst out.she also apologized for the inconvenience.WHAT HARM CAN IT DO TO HER NOW AND WHAT CAN I DO TO SEE THAT NOTHING GOES WRONG!!!!!

Dear Sir,
If I am appointed as a Legal Manager in one Listed Company ABC Ltd. At the same time I am appointed as Whole time Company Secretary of BBC Pvt ltd. which is not a subsidary of any Public company. There is a associate concern relationship between ABC Ltd and BBC pvt Ltd as both these companies are subsidary of a Foreign company. ABC ltd's 51.5 % is held by that foreign company whereas 100% of capital of BBC Pvt ltd is held by that same foreign company.
My query is I am appointed as Company Secretary of BBC Pvt Ltd without any remuneration coming from that company. Instead I get paid from the payroll of ABC ltd.
Is this appointment as Company Secretary well within the scope of section 383A ? Please reply in detail to support your opinion. Thanks for your Kindness.
