I sent an application to director of education, under section 6(1) with I.P.O of rs 10 in favour of accounts officer, but SPIO return my application with IPO, with his remark
01 your IPO is not in favour of spio,
02 you file application district education officer

Thanks to u sir, but still I have confusion regarding procedure that what steps are required for the same.
query:
suppose a person has established sole proprietorship by the name of ABC and he now want to sale final product like component of machine by manufacturing from the outsiders like manufacturing co. and also want to apply its sole proprietorship name as ABC in the form of logo on the component manufactured from the outsiders for sale in the market so what will be the steps which are required to follow to the proprietor for the same.
