my query is whether a person can claim the appointment to a Class A Govt. service pending a criminal chargesheet u/s 420/120B/511/34 & while the case is still under trial.

My son got more than 90% want to study MBBS. He could not score Tamilnadu Govt cut-off mark. He is ready to join MBBS in private college. Apart from Tution Fee, their capitation is 35L to 60L. No body can’t reach them except Rich people. Also Most of the Deemed Universities (except like as Manipal, CMC, st. John, ALMU) are conducting their own entrance which is just for eye wash particularly at Tamilnadu. They are filling MBBS seats from Jan onwards and conducting Entrance for eye wash. I can’t prove it. If we approach them personally for MBBS Seat, they are collecting all electronic devise first, some of them are searching through metal deductor, finally they are demanding. Whether it is possible to approach court for CBI enquiry and get direction from court to admit student through NEET UG exam (ie) common entrance Test. I am a middle class. Please advise to approach court with low level expenses.

Respected sir/ madam
I am 2nd year law student in punjab. I want to crack the pcs judicial exam and thus wanted to prepare for the same. Can anyone let me know the syllabus , i shall be very much thnakfull as i have made so many efforts to know what the syllabus is but proved futile.

under rule 7 rajasthan service rule, we got to decree in our favour,apposite party appealed against decree in rajasthan high court, before the notice receved 11-04-2004, stay, in 1-02-2002 labour court executed the decree, order of the labour court,incomplete complince on 28-01-2013, but department did not allowed to petitioner's to join his duty,
what is the remedy for petitioner please reply so soon, with the latest court order or any other order

i have a query regarding one of my friend.
my friend Kamal pass b.com in 2007 with 41%.from School of Open Learning Delhi.and then he takes admission in agra university in 2007.now he complete his LL.B.With 52% My question is that the minimum Percentage of marks required in gradutation to takes admission in LL.B.is 45%.and he takes admission in agra university with 41%.now he want to register in Bar Council of Delhi,please tell me that can he register himself in bar Council of Delhi,is everything is ok or not.he may facees problems or not.please guide us,Note: He is not SC/ST.

If a student completes latest 4 years of study ( IX to XII) in a particular region ( AU / OU / SVU), will be considered as Local Candidate for counselling ?

A production house mandatory requirements and its working
I want to know about mandatory compliances which a PRODUCTION HOUSE (Private Limited Company) must follow. I know from Income Tax and ROC point of view. Please answer to other requirements which are mandatory for a PRODUCTION HOUSE. Like Service Tax applicability, VAT applicability, etc. Likewise specific mandatory requirement applicable for a PRODUCION HOUSE.
Please reply as early as possible.
