dear sir/madam,
after B.Tech in 2010 i worked in a pharma company i left the job in 2011. i got the appointment letter but didnt get experience lettre but i have salary slips.then i worked in a BPO and left job in july 2012 where i got the experience letter.since then i am taking coaching for civil services and now want to take admission in LLB.but the college adminstration is saying that there shouldnt be a gap after graduation..what should i do?
2-in oct 2010 after graduation i changed my first name,i worked in an international BPO with my new name only from 2011 to 2012..i have an affadavit,news paper and in gazzette also..i got new identity proofs by my new name also like Driving licence,pan card,passport,adhar card ,bank accounts etc. how can i take admission in LLB by my new name.?

I would like do the MBL course, I heard that the same course is provided by Global Open University Nagaland also,Will it be worth to find the job in INdia. I am working as Asst Manager for HR in UAE. Please advise.

i have passed BCom from mumbai university, and i stay in nerul. Now after graduation, i m planning to take admission for LLB. i want to be a lawyer.Dear members, i have a query relating to admission. i m also doing CA and my period of articleship will get start from coming november. i have two queries in my mind. 1st one is if i enroll for evening college and complete my course then am i eligible for practice(cant do regular college due to articleship). are student of evening colleges eligible for practice?? and how to recognised that college is approved by Bar counsil?? plz suggest if any approved college in navi mumbai.
and my 2nd query is that if i complete ca and llb both, now can i practicise both profession at same time? Plz reply in details so i can utilise it to choose good career option.

i have just passed BCom final, prblem is that my name in the marksheet misappeared as " Singh Devesh Kumar Umesh pratap kanchan". but in all previous and other document it is as " Singh Deveshkumar Umeshpratap Kanchan". although i have applied for change but just want to the type of problem i would have to face if name doesnt change. eg. while making passport and other.

I had applied for MA Psychology via IGNOU in July 2012 and after a while in Sept. 2012 I had applied for MBA HR from Sikkim Manipal University (Distance Ed.). I had got Lateral entry in SMU directly to 2nd sem and thus going to complete the course of MBA in jan 2014 (in 1.5 years instead of 2 years) and MA Psychology in July 2014 (complete 2 years). So I want to enquire ..is it valid or not. and if it is not then is their any way to sort out the problem.
