I know its an academic question but please help me with this cause its very basic..
Case 1)A sues his boss Mr.B for his salary which is due but Mr.B refuses to pay.. here A is the plaintiff..
Case 2)Mr.W sues his employee R since he doesn't want to pay his salary for xyz reason.. here Mr.W is the plaintiff.
But on wikipedia its given that:- "plaintiff is a party WHO CLAIMS TO HAVE INCURRED LOSS as a result of a defendant's actions, demands a legal or equitable remedy." Now, in case 2, Mr.W hasn't suffered any loss because of R, then will he be called a plaintiff? pls answer in detail..

Due to misunderstanding between the trust and university we have been taken under university from 3rd semester.
After completing my Mtech I have requested the university to issue my TC. University after checking found Original TC was not submitted by educational trust. Now university is blaming to get original TC from education trust, and when checked with Educational trust, they are not responding and also mentioning that they do not have the certificates with them.

MBBS admission at Tamilnadu is on the basis of Mark only. If student not scored good cut-off, they have to put their ambition in well . In all field, if any one failed in attempt they can try next time. But as per the policy of Tamilnadu, no one could not try MBBS admission in the next time, since there is no way. Government policy refuse the basic right to try again.
Now NEET (common Entrance ) abolished by Supreme Court. I can’t go to Supreme Court.
As a common man shall I write a letter to Chief Justice of Supreme Court regarding NEET benefir and Non_benefit by Mark Basis Admission by Tamilnadu Government

Monetary fraud
Hello, I am a student and I had to collect an amount from one of the offices I was working with bur I had to leave the state and get back home which is about 3000 KM from there. The money was paid in cash and therefore I couldn't collect it. I asked a friend to collect the money for me and he did. But he always seemed to find an excuse to not deposit it into my account. Finally one day he said he deposited the amount to my account but it was not deposited. I asked him to snap the deposit receipt and mail but but he didn't. So I called him again like at least 20 times but he didn't pick up. Then I texted him to pick up and when I called him again, he blocked my number. The next day I called him from my fathers number and he said that he deposited the money and he swore. I asked him to go to bank and solve this out. He said he would call me back but no call thereafter. I texted thousands of times and no response. Never picked my calls either. I texted him and threatened him to go to police thinking that this would scare him off, but he didn't reply. I have my bank statement that says he didn't deposit the money and I have his texts and voice calls which I recorded saying that he deposited my money double confirming the account number and the Name.
Please advice me what to do here.
The money not a huge amount but enough for a student.
